MP, Clive Efford is set to write to Plumstead Police to tell them to stop wasting tax payers money by responding to calls by a convicted criminal. Efford, an elected MP for Plumstead, was contacted by a landlady victim, who has insisted on anonymity, because of her security. She was directly contacted the MP to desperately complain of the near traumatic stress she is undergoing by a man who broke her eye socket, but escaped jail because it was his first time offence.
48 year old Nigerian born Christian Nwala is a shameless bully that is every woman’s nightmare. He resides in the £350,000 property in a posh part of Plumstead Commons, but the woman has pleaded for the location of the road to be kept private. She told The Eye Of Media.Com she is haunted by the violent attack he subjected her to , and appalled that she has to endure with him leaving in her property. ”I need someone to help me, I am mentally and financially drained from the evil acts of this man.
In a second blow to the landlady victim, a civil court judge ordered that she gives Nwala, a default tenant for over a year, the legal two months eviction notice after the man denied ever receiving such notice. In fear of her life, she alleges Nwala continues to be a source of nuisance and danger, causing commotion in her property and obstructing her workers.
On one occasion, The Eye Of Media.Com turned up at the property during one of Nwala’s aggressive rants, but he refused to come out and talk to us, nor book an interview about the wole commotion and feud with his landlady.
A source close to Efford told The Eye Of Media.Com: ”Clive Efford is a competent Mp who takes seriously the issues in his constituency. He considers police time to constitute valuable resources and must not be wasted in respect to tax payers money. With regards to the woman’s complain that the
The complainant, a 45 ear old woman, was assaulted by Christian Nwala in 2017 and convicted of assault in January 2017, However, he was given a 2weeks suspended sentence and a £1,000 fine. He has so far paid £480 to the courts, nearly half of the fine imposed by Bekhleheth Magistrates. In a separate civil hearing in February launched by the landlady to evict him, mr.Nwala denied receiving a notice of eviction, despite admitting receiving the same notice in an earlier hearing in January.
CONTRADICTION
The courts did not connect his testimony in one case to the contradiction in the other, so ordered the landlady to follow the correct procedure by providing him with the eviction notice of section 21 with two months notice. This allowed the convicted violent criminal continue to reside at the landlady’s property, despite not paying a penny in rent. The woman’s legal term failed to point out his admission in the previous case, instead was not diligent enough in his preparation to even notice the inconsistent claim of the criminal tenant.
The woman told The Eye Of Media.Com : ”I am paying the mortgage for him and he is not paying a penny. He has damaged things in my house, he assaulted and damaged my eye, yet he calls the police to my house almost every time I call workers to my property. The Eye Of Media.Com has seen the swollen and battered pictures of the woman’s assaulted eye dripping with blood, She declined for us to publish it but the grotesque pictures were shown to the courts.
