Victoria Beckham, 41, has seemingly disappeared from the UK, but she’s still our favourite spice girl and being married too Footballer David Beckham for 16 years they both still remain humble and level headed. With an epic fashion line under her belt she is happy too announce her children are off course her greatest achievement and fashion designer Tina Knowles let’s us in on her girly slumber parties with her girls. Let’s see what they wrote:
GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT
“Being a mother is simply the greatest achievement of my life, she writes. It has taken me on an unexpected journey that can constantly surprise, educate and confuse me! The emotional connection I feel towards my children brings boundless elation and joy as well as the inevitable worry and concern. They are a wonder to me every day. From a teenage son through to a toddler daughter, each moment of every day is filled with different energies, activities, feelings and a lot of comedy. From playing sport to lounging on the sofa, each of my children fill every second with laughter, music and discussion. They are kind hearted and well-mannered and have incredibly enquiring minds, and I feel incredibly blessed to be surrounded by these phenomenal human beings. Being in a position where they live such a privileged life, it is important that our children understand humility, that they appreciate how their parents have worked very hard to create this life for the family and that they, too, have a responsibility to work hard, be respectful and never, ever take anything for granted. My mother and father always encouraged me and my siblings, to have ambitions, and I hope that I can do the same with my children. I hope that I, together with their father, inspire them to dream big and be the best version of themselves that they can be” A
“Like so many working mothers all over the world, I feel the constant struggle to be the best mother I can, whilst setting a good example to my children to work hard. I travel for work when it’s necessary, and I miss them all the time when I am away. But they hide notes in my suitcase, which I love to find when unpacking, and I always bring photographs of all the family and put them by my bed so they are the first thing I see when I wake up and the last thing I see when I go to sleep. I love to hear their voices on the phone and seeing their faces—thank goodness for FaceTime. That sense of feeling connected makes being apart that little bit easier. I have always been a great believer that women should support women, and my admiration goes out to mothers everywhere, as they constantly put their own needs behind those of their children, embracing daily uncertainties and entering the new uncharted territories that each day brings, to be, in return, rewarded with joy and unending love”
ADORABLE, don’t you love our former posh spice ever more now? such beautiful words written with humbleness and grace. Happy Mothers day Victoria.
TINA KNOWLES: Mother too Beyonce and Solange;
Despite having two beautiful talented daughters, Tina expressed how Kelly Rowland and her niece Angela Beyince whom is Beyonce’s Vice President of her company Parkwood Management are also her daughters too. Deeming herself a Mother of four.
“I gave birth to two of you, but I have four incredible daughters, writing this brought to mind all the ways you guys have been such a blessing to me. When I’m feeling sad or not-so-cute or maybe a little sorry for myself, and you all include me in your group chat and tell me how hot I still look or how cool I am. Maybe you send me a crazy YouTube video. What actually works best is a cute photo of my grandchildren,” She continued “I remember slumber parties after my divorce, when we watched old movies and ate a lot of ice cream. I felt so loved and supported. The roles were reversed, and it was ME who needed nurturing. I remember my first date when every one of you weighed in on what I should wear. The obvious things about all of you are apparent, you are all strong, beautiful, intelligent and smart businesswomen. You are so much more than that. You are all kind, generous and you treat people well. You are all amazing mothers, wives, daughters, sisters and friends. All of you have total self-respect.
