X FACTOR RESULTS BRANDED A FIX BY PUBLIC AS JUDGES TAKE THE RAP

X Factor results have branded a fix by viewers after many claimed to have heard lead judge Simon Cowell instructing his panel which act to save.

45 year old Anton Stephans was booted out following a sing-off with Nick Grimshaw’s Che Chesterman following the judges verdict on who should leave the show. Stephan had exhibited a good deal of talent during his time on the show, though his participation in the show was also attended by controversy when some members of his family branded him a liar in relation to his claims to have been adopted, and other aspects of his personal story were also questioned.
Before the final votes were cast, Cowell was allegedly caught whispering “Che, Che” to Grimshaw, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Rita Ora- an indication he wanted Chesterman to be saved. Cowell later explicitly said he wanted Stephans to stay, but his colleagues opted to keep Chesterman. The perception that x factor results are fixed has long been circulating in many quarters among the general public and is very bad for the reputation of the show and the integrity of the judges. No television show should be without integrity.

And former Judge Louis Walsh added fuel to the fire by saying Simon Cowell ”fxxked up the show”
Walsh told Star magazine: “Simon has messed with it too much. It was an experiment that didn’t really work.
“Simon used to blame me. He’d say ‘it’s your fault people are fed up looking at you’. But it’s not my fault – it’s his fault. He’s f***ed the show.”
Louis said whilst he doesn’t give a “f*** anymore”, he often chats to Simon about the changes over the phone.

In the first place, Louise himself is a poor example by swearing whilst given an interview to a publication. This is very bad and reflects the state of mind of a former judge who hopes to return and judge a show. Not the plain fact of swearing, but doing so without regard during an interview, and in the process demonstrating a reckless and spiteful attitude towards Simon. X factor judges need to have more class and integrity in the way they operate altogether. It does the show a great disservice when they take contestants off and bring them back, all in the name of trying to make the show more interesting. They are messing with people’s lives and need to show the public that they are serious people with uppermost dignity who do not base their judgement on the reaction of the audience.

Judges who talk the way Walsh does saying he doesn’t give a ”fxxx anymore”, makes one wonder if he does not sometimes have this same attitude when deciding who should go and who should stay. He may not really care if he is being fair and focus only on what he thinks works best for him, the collective team, or any other agenda he or the team of judges have. Improvement is necessary in the X factor panel
