Popular Eastenders star, Danny Dyer, has launched a second tirade of unedifying words against television host Jeremy Kyle. He yesterday had said he could not stand Jeremy Kyle and said he would choke him if he swung a right hander at him, he would probably just choke him. But in another burst of criticism launched against the 50 year old, who I think does a pretty good job of putting dysfunctional families and people in their place and offering them guidance, Dyer referred to the television host as a sxxg and a ”nasty piece of work”. His latest outburst came in an interview on the Alan Carr Chatty man show, which will air tonight. Dyer said : ”I fxxxing hate that geezer. I know it is strong and I’ve never never met him, I just think that the idea of his show
“The people he has on there, he goes, ‘Come on my show. This is how s**t your life is and I’m going to make some entertainment out of it and then you can get f***ed.’ Then he puts them in a car to rehab.”Danny is currently doing the rounds promoting his new book Life Lessons from the East End, in which he calls the talk show host a “s**g” and a “nasty piece of work”.
OPINION
Dyer’s criticism of Kyle is purely a matter of opinion and taste, but his criticism so publicly expressed, is not fair or just. Nobody forces the participants on Jeremy Kyle’s show to put their lives on public display. As a matter of fact, many of them go there to get answers, to find out if a partner or former partner is lying or has cheated on them. Many go there for DNA testing to establish who the natural parent is. Kyle is often very blunt and firm with his guests in telling them where they have gone wrong, and putting people in their place when it is necessary. He is doing his job, and Dyer has no business getting so personal against Kyle really. Not to the extent of slamming him openly in the media.
Dyer also took a slight dig at Ross Kemp, who rumor has it will be returning to the show
“As far as I know I don’t think he is coming back. I could be wrong. But I’d like to have a tear up with Grant in The Vic.
“I’d iron him right out. I’d like to see him come back. He was an icon of the show, but as far as I know he’s not. I don’t have a clue I just get on with it.”
While he didn’t seem to know much about Ross’ return to Albert Square, Danny did have plenty to say about his upcoming Christmas storyline.
Without giving too many details away, the star promised more drama than ever this December.
