BORIS Johnson has been made the Foreign Secretary under Theresa May’s government.
Boris Johnson was the fall guy from the result of Brexit after a strong and successful campaign to get Britain out of the European Union.However, May who was a Remain supporter has always pledged to have what it takes to unite the party. She demonstrated the first part of that commitment by giving Johnson an important role in her government.
As an eloquent and intelligent politician, the former Mayor of London will have the skills required to contribute to negotiations about Britain’s role in Europe under Brexit.
The task ahead is enormous, and as foreign Secretary. Johnson will be tasked with the duty of negotiating foreign affairs, mist crucially the difficult and challenging Brexit outcome of the referendum.
May deserved credit for her judgement, considering Johnson was favorite for the prime ministers job before Gore stabbed him in the back.
Johnson will be expected to deliver excellently and improve on all the criticisms previously levied against him, like forgetfulness and some degree of unreliability pertaining to promise
