By James Simons-
North Korea on Saturday unveiled their new long range KN14 missile at their annual military parade.
The KN14 missile was the core weaponry put on display at the military parade choreographed to mark the 105th anniversary of their country.
The deadly intercontinental missile is believed to be capable of hitting the mainland capital of America, raising fresh concerns about North Korea’s nuclear development program.
SURPRISE
Some experts have expressed surprise at the level of North Korea’s weaponry, but have cautioned that it may not be all it is made out to seem.
Such dismissals are, however, purely speculative, and don’t show the accurate fact of just how well equipped Pyongyang may be for an ” all out war with America”.
TENSIONS
Tensions have been very high ever since President Trump deployed a series of military offensives to the region.
The U.S president who recently bombed Syrian targets in retaliation for what is believed to have been an unlawful use of chemical weapons by the Assad government in Syria, has had many scared what he will do next.
DEFIANT
Meanwhile, the defiant rhetoric from North Korea’s government expressing readiness for an ” all out war with America”, spells a moment of potential crisis for the world.
Trump is not playing, and Pyongyang doesn’t seem to care.
The North Korean despot believes his country has every right to develop nuclear power and does not want America to continue to be the police state of the world.
North Korea can’t be trusted with nuclear weapons, but America can, right? Well, not necessarily, but they say the devil we know is better than the one we don’t.
RISK
America has had nuclear weapons for years and has not used it yet, we don’t want to risk North Korea having it.
Although, not many will say they trust Donald Trump with the highest access to the nuclear button, but we can hopefully say we trust the American establishment more than that of North Korea, can’t we?
Sounds biased, and it is probably best everybody puts their nuclear weapons aside. That’s if any country will trust the other to do so.
