Davina Mccall is recovering from the intense experience of watching the first part of ‘Jade: The Reality Star Who Changed Britain’ on Wednesday. The former big brother presenter told her Twitter audience it was an “intense” experience seeing it play out on the small screen.
Mccall(pictured above) shared a broken heart emoji on Twitter, Davina after telling the documentary: ‘Wow… this is really intense… she lived a lot in her short life.”‘Jade: The Reality Star Who Changed Britain’ started commenced last night as the first of a three-part series. With a broad smile and notable dimples, Goody was an instant hit with the public, and her sudden death on Mother’s day was very depressing for the public to witness.
Jade passing away from cervical cancer in 2009 at the age of 27, gripped the Uk after the public took to her at an instant in 2002. The show took a turn after Goody was accused of racism, leading to protesters holding burning effigies of the funny Essex girl following her clash with Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty.
Davina, 51, said the documentary was “bringing back so many memories”. Davina said in the doc: “I felt such enormous joy at Jade’s popularity. Then, ‘Oh my God, what happened? How can it all turn in a nanosecond? She’s now become the most hated girl in Britain?’ ”
