Britain is to bask in glorious sunshine this summer, and will be the place to be, if forecasts from the met is anything to go by. The weather was 26 C today, and that trend is set to continue for the next few months according to experts. It will be the hottest
summer in 40 years, meaning lots of outdoors, social gatherings and barbeque’s. Britain has endured an unpleasant winter, despite the truth that it has been a milder winter than mosts.
It will be hotter than popular holiday destinations, making it a summer to remember indeed. The heat is due to hot weather being blown from Spain and Africa, the combination of which will cause some sweat, but also bring out the shades and fashion style in big numbers.
It is bad news for those who suffer with hay fever, as they will need to restrict the frequency of their outings, and are better advised to relax indoors, listen to some cool music, and have some good company. Summer time in Britain is relished to the maximum, its disappointing feature in the past being it’s lack of consistency, fluctuating like a confused force uncertain of which way it wants to go. This is why predictions of a consistently hot summer all the way to July, makes for an exciting summer holidays.
Going abroad is always a treat filled with all sorts of uncertainties, both the pleasant and the not so pleasant, or evil, for want of a better word. Some experience calamity whilst abroad on holiday, though most holiday makers benefit from the pleasure of mixing with people out to have nothing but fun and blissful joy. However, when the weather here behaves this well, there is so much quality activity to keep your juices flowing.
Hyde Park is like a mini paradise with people at their very best, showing off their best outfits, having strolls, relaxing on the grass and enjoying summer for what it should really be. The icing on the cake is multiplicity of events across the city, which chills the mind and soul out, provided you are in good and sound company. Misfits of society also roam the streets in the glorious weather, some looking for preys to subject to their twisted ideals of manipulation and exploitation. The past few summers have been good too, one many forget because of the spells of inconsistent weather than makes you want to curse the weather and wish you were in another country.
This time it looks like we will be having Spanish style weather mixed with African heat, enough for tan lovers to satisfy their taste for a good sun tan. Caution suggests that we don’t stay out for too many hours having fun, in order to avoid the potential effects of pollution and the hazards that can come with that. Lots of water will be useful, and indeed a better alternative to alcohol, which even if consumed as part of the ceremony of this awesome weather, should not be abused. There will be lots of us having a nice glass of wine, but too much wine especially in the heat may be a bad combination, a reasonable amount in great company being the best advice for all.
