The force has instructed nearby residents to stay inside, close all windows, and avoid the industrial estate area for their own safety. Emergency alert systems were activated, warning the public about potential airborne toxins and urging everyone in the vicinity to remain indoors.
More than ten fire engines and specialist vehicles have been deployed, with firefighters battling the blaze from multiple angles to prevent it from spreading. Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service teams, including an aerial ladder platform and water carriers, are presently working to bring the warehouse fire under control. The operation is expected to last several hours due to the scale of the fire and the hazardous materials stored within the property.

As reported by
Sky News. Another resident, Angela Willis, wondered what that huge noise was, adding that it shook her doors. People reported seeing a “huge fireball” that rose into the sky from the site. Fortunately, early reports focused on containing the fire and ensuring public safety, though the full extent of potential injuries or damage is still being assessed. We sincerely hope all emergency services personnel remain safe from harm.
