Matt Hancock has been exposed as a cheat who has been secretly having an affair with and millionaire lobbyist Gina were caught on camera in a steamy clinch at his Whitehall office.
Whistleblowers revealed the Health Secretary had been spotted cheating on his wife of 15 years with married Ms Coladangelo.
Hancock was seen kissing her at the Department of Health’s London HQ during office hours last month as the mutant strain began spreading.
The Health Secretary, whose integrity has long been in question following revelation by axed senior aid, Dominic Cummings, was caught kissing his aide at the Department of Health’s London HQ during office hours last month as the mutant strain began spreading.
On Friday, Labour’s First Minister of Wales Mark Drakeford said Mr Hancock had been “quick to condemn” Prof Ferguson, adding: “Certainly here in Wales I always expect the whole of our ministerial team to observe the rules we expect other people to observe.
Hancock at the time said:”We can’t make laws for other people and not be willing to abide by them yourself.” His hypocrisy is worse than that of Dominic Cummings, who was widely criticized for breaking social distancing rules by travelling to Durham last year to see his family.
And yesterday, Thursday, The Eye Of Media revealed the idiomatic interpretation of prime minister Boris Johnson’s statement to the queen that Hancock is ”full of beans”, as he interjected as the queen was about to use an adjective to describe him.
The Liberal Democrats called on Mr Hancock to resign and accused him of “hypocrisy” over social distancing.
Health spokeswoman Munira Wilson said: “He was telling families not to hug loved ones, while doing whatever he liked in the workplace.”
But Mr Hancock’s ministerial colleagues copied his hypocrisy, with International Development Secretary Truss told the BBC: “[Mr Hancock] does have my support This is a personal matter.”
Labour and the Liberal Democrats have called for his dismissal after the Sun incredibly acquired CCTV photos of Hancock in a romantic “clinch” at his office with Gina Coladangelo, who he appointed last year to be a non-executive director at the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC).
The Sun revealed the images were from 6 May. Under the government’s unlocking timetable, intimate contact with people outside your own household was only permitted from 17 May.
And today, Mr Hancock apologized for his actions, saying: “I accept that I breached the social distancing guidance in these circumstances.
“I have let people down and am very sorry.

A Whitehall whistleblower told the paper it was “shocking that Mr Hancock was having an affair in the middle of a pandemic with an adviser and friend he used public money to hire”. And they revealed the story to the widest readership in the Uk, potentially putting in the final nail in the coffin of the embattled Health Secretary’s career.
Last night, a friend of the Health Secretary said: “He has no comment on personal matters. No rules have been broken.” The image was from just after 3pm on May 6 — as the rest of Westminster was engrossed by the local elections. Mr Hancock first checked the corridor before closing the door and then leaning on it to ensure he cannot be disturbed. Ms Coladangelo then walks towards him and the pair begin their passionate embrace.
The Sun Newspaper said the whistleblower formerly worked at the department, adding that the pair have regularly been caught in clinches together.
Labour Party chairwoman Annaliese Dodds said: “If Matt Hancock has been secretly having a relationship with an adviser in his office – whom he personally appointed to a taxpayer-funded role – it is a blatant abuse of power and a clear conflict of interest.
“The charge sheet against Matt Hancock includes wasting taxpayers’ money, leaving care homes exposed and now being accused of breaking his own Covid rules.
“His position is hopelessly untenable. Boris Johnson should sack him.”
Mr. Hancock only last week was also exposed for sitting on documents for three days that revealed the vaccine was effective against the variants, later unwitting revealed by government officials as being to buy time to achieve more jabs. Analysts have since revealed the acceleration of vaccination as the ulterior motive of the extension. His position is truly untenable.
A government spokesman said Ms Coladangelo’s appointment had been “made in the usual way” and had “followed correct procedure”.
The health secretary cancelled a visit to a Covid vaccination centre at Newmarket Racecourse, in his West Suffolk constituency, on Friday morning, a few hours after the Sun’s story was published.
Ms Coladangelo, who has known the health secretary since they were at Oxford University together, and made a non-executive director of the Department of Health last September.
Transport Secretary Grant Shapps told BBC Radio 4’s Today programme: “I think there has been for a long time a complete difference between what people do in their job… and what they do in their personal lives.”
The government’s guidelines for England on hugging friends who are not part of your household states that people can exercise “personal judgement”, but should remain cautious.
In May last year, epidemiologist Professor Neil Ferguson resigned from the government’s scientific advisory group (SAGE) after it emerged he had broken lockdown rules when a woman he was reportedly in a relationship with visited his home.
Mr Hancock called Prof Ferguson’s actions “extraordinary”, adding that social distancing rules were “there for everyone” and were “deadly serious”.
