By James Simons-
Paedophile Stuart Sargent has been seen lurking in the Southend and Rochford area this week after he was freed over a two years ago following a jail sentence of 3 years. He spent just half of his sentence in prison.
A couple of women who once knew Sargent, claim to have sighted the 35 year old in Rochford on Monday, after one of her friends claims to have sighted the weirdo in Southend On Sea in the middle of last week. Sargent, who was jailed after he posted over 100 sickening movies of sexual abuse involving children is every parent’s nightmare.
The perverts whereabouts have been kept secret, since his release from jail in the summer of 2018. Police sources told this publication that his conditions could not be disclosed due to data protection, but the report would be looked into.
A 30 year old woman who read an article we published last week making reference to him, got in touch saying: ” I swear I saw the paedo in Rochford a couple of days ago. I thought I was seeing double. My mate told me she saw him come out of an off license last week. He shouldn’t still be in the area, why is he still here”?
The high level paedophile was caught with one of the most serious categories of child porn after cops confronted him at his home in 2017, in Albert Road Southend where he had been using a female’s photograph to catfish. At the time Stuart was married to the mother of three young children under the age of ten, and was bailed just three doors away from that resident to stay with his mother.
An investigation sparked by this organisation concluded the decision surrounding the location of the bail to have been a cock up, after an extensive police report explaining the reasons for the decision.
The father of one of the children under Sargent’s charge was formerly a member of this team, operating as a developer, and weekend DJ on our internet radio. He also occasionally contributed to research and journalistic articles, before being kicked out in July this year for disrespecting authourity.
Mr Godwin discovered that Sargent had once acted as an informant for Essex Police in exposing drug dealers, and guessed that the force may have acted in his favour for that reason in bailing him so close to his former residence where he lived with the young children.
He suffered heightened levels of anxiety and sleepless nights, wondering how Sargent managed to stay so close to his child for so long after being charged with serious sexual child abuse offences.
His relationship with the mother of his child deteriorated to deep lows as a result. The decision to bail Sargent for about a year, so close to a property where he lived looked strange from any perspective, and Essex police were approached for an explanation.
The Daily Mirror and The Southend Echo were both lined up to report the story, but both pulled out in the end. It was alter concluded that the the Mirror may have pulled out because of a sum of money being discussed for the story by those negotiating it, but no explanation was ever provided for it.
Mr Godwin went into a bad depression over the failings to hold the police to account, and particularly expressed anger at the fact the mother of his daughter did not raise enough objection to the the fact mr.Sargent was bailed so close to the family home. ”What was she thinking, he once asked. How will I ever know whether my child’s photo was used for Sargent’s despicable perversion?
Report
A report eventually sent by professional standards provided great detail into the explanations provided by Essex police, but a debate surrounding data protection of some of its contents prevented its publication. The internal team was split as to whether data protection should apply to the a convicted paedophile, but other considerations came up that weighed against it.
Mr Godwin felt there had been a power play in the team working against him. He became prone to arguments and disagreements, falling out spectacularly with two of his close friends, and then his landlady. He became homeless and was expected to write four weekly articles on homelessness, including any recommendations for change.
The citing has been reported to Essex Police , who said they could not confirm the conditions attached to Sargent’s release due to data protection. However, police said took details of the report, and said it would be looked into.
