Dillian Whyte and Oscar Rivas locked horns in a tense atmosphere at the Spitalfields market in East London at their weigh in for an important fight for both men. Security staff had to separate the pair to make sure things did not get out of control.
Dillian Whyte weighed in at 254 pounds (18 stone 2Ibs ) on Friday at the Spitafields market in London for his fight against unbeaten Columbian heavyweight, Oscar Rivas. The pair clash on Saturday night at the O2 Arena Rivas (26-0, 18 KOs) weighed in 239.2 pounds, (17 stone 1bs) looking trim and ready for battle. Both fighters went head to head during the face off as they prepare to go to war in a must watch fight.
Whyte’s fight is being billed as an eliminator for Deontey Wilder’s WBC title, but this will be a very difficult fight for Whyte to win. Rivas is coming off an impressive 12th round win against former world title challenger Bryan Jennings last January. The Columbian is coming to win this weekend, and Whyte will have to be at his absolute best to beat Rivas . The South Londoner has the skills to produce the win but may have to dig deep to do that. Rivas will use his speed and power to pressure Whyte, but the body snatcher has a good defence and good technical ability which can help him survive any storm Rivas brings and put up a good fight of his own.

Ready For Battle: Dillian Whyte And Oscar Rivas
Whyte is a tough guy who sees himself as the under dog in this fight, but is still confident of his ability that he expects to win. It will be a good fight whilst it lasts.
