West Ham United’S home for 112 years in upton Gardens is currently being demolished to allow 842 new homes to be built.
Barratte London and Gilliard Homes are already prepared to make reservations for up to four-bedroom apartments. even before they are completed.
It will include a 24-hour concierge, garden and play areas, a residents’ fitness suite, and library and underground parking, a spokesperson for Barratte London and Gilliard Homes, making it one of West Ham’s most attractive geographical locations.
The apartment blocks, which will consist of 15 buildings of between three and 13 storeys, will be just a six-minute walk from Upton Park tube station, facilitating travel into London for commuters.
It is believed that many West Ham football fans will target the new building in order to leave close to the football stadium.
West Ham has many supporters in the U.K, many of whom are so passionate that they form group alliances with other West Ham fans, even in the business world. Many east Londoners may have an issue with living close to a football stadium, and this may hike the prices of those homes whether to rent or to buy.
The building should be ready and booming for 2018. It is expected to be well designed and coloured in a way pleasing to the eyes, not far from a few local bars where footballers can stop for a drink before and after football matches. Upton Park market is also near by, and the heart beat of shopping for food for most east londoners. The move may affect the dynamics of east london, which has already changed a for bit since the Olympics of 2012 held in Stratford.
