A number of casinos in the UK are paying their staff delayed wages, long after their usual paid wages
Offending casinos are paying many of their staff over five weeks late, in some cases. The usual excuse provided is that the revenues have been processed late or that there has been a glitch in the system.
When they kick up a fuss, their fat cat employers have threatened to sack them, leaving them hanging desperately. Two casinos approached by the eye of media.com both denied the allegations, and in the absence of concrete evidence, we are unable to mention their names.
However, the complaints were confirmed by staff members from two casinos whom we privately approached. However, they were too scared to put something in writing for us to have as a backup in the event of any legal suit. A third casino is yet to be approached by the eye of media.com.
The two casinos have been cautioned by the eye of media.com to desist from their unprofessional practice and warned they would be exposed if we get repeated complaints by staff who evidence heir complaint to us.
Both complainants believe their bosses withhold their money because it gives them more time to invest more money in various stocks and shares they have, whilst keeping their staff without money to live and pay basic bills.
CRAZY
One complainant told the eye of media.com ” it’s crazy because everybody knows these bosses can afford to pay staff from their own pockets, and then reimburse themselves from the late money they say is being held up by glitches or delays in processing. Its just wrong ”
FILM
Staff who are cheated or unduly delayed of payment by prosperous bosses should secretly film their conversations with the bosses in question and provide to us as evidence.
An alternative is to get another staff who will happily provide written evidence of the wrong practise and send to the eye of media.com. The best thing is to communicate your complaint to the manager in writing and insist on a response in writing too.
Casinos are one of the most prosperous businesses in he UK, with owners and bosses raking in serious money annually. There should be no excuse for casino staff to be underpaid or paid late.
Several punters with money attend casinos regularly to gamble, some gamble serious money. Some come up trumps in winnings, but most walk out of casinos as losers.
WINNERS
However, owners and CEOs of casinos are always winners in he grand world of gambling by generally well to do individuals who often dress so casually that most would not guess how rich they are.
