Leading UFO disclosure advocate Victor Viggiani Says UFO’s are real and challenges the U.S government to indict him over NORAD documents.
At the first Canadian National Inquiry into UFOs in Brantford Ontario Canada, Saturday June 25, amazing news has been released concerning the findings of the inquiry. This appears to be the most revealing and factual information supporting the existence of UFO’s,and indicating the government’s knowledge of extra terrestrial beings.
Some believe that this detailed revelation could further pressure the government to respond and admit they know about the phenomenon, even if they won’t disclose any further details about what they know about UFO’s and their scale of operation. Most knowledgeable people already know that the U.S government and most governments, know about UFO’s, and have insight into their operations, but there are many who still doubt the existence of UFO’s, or that the government recognize their existence.
In a highly bold move of defiance to dare the U.S government to charge him, Victor Viggiani called a press meeting where he expressed an understanding that the actions he was about to take are deemed illegal by the United States government. However, the leading UFO disclosure advocate and recently retired principle from Toronto, went ahead to quoted one of the several NORAD documents that forbids disclosure and distribution of the information he was about to disclose to the press. The quote read “any distribution of this kind of information threatens National Security and violates the Espionage Act of the United States.”
Viggiani proceeded to make public at the press meeting, several secret files from ZNN’s Runic Archive of NORAD proving that the phenomenon of Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon or UAP’s have “been discussed, analyzed, assessed and sequestered at the highest levels of governance and military authority on the planet.”(ZNNews) These are probably the most substantial UFO documents ever released, and prove beyond doubt that the U.S government is aware of the phenomenon, which they have covered up for many years! Experts believe the government have been covering up knowledge of UFO’s in order to fully conduct their tests and research o the entire operations of UFOs, before contemplating any level of universal disclosure on the existence of extra terrestrial beings.
Viggiani pressed for further documents, but received a response in a letter from NORAD operations effectively declining his request. The UFO researcher was told that the documents he requested would not be released because they contain sensitive information and constitute a threat to national security. However, many UFO research believe the Espionage Act to be a bluff without real substance. No conceivable national security can arise from disclosing factual information about UFO’s. Viggiani can only be viewed to have contributed to the threat of national security, if any information in the documents he disclosed can actually be proven to threaten the national security of the United States.
Victor Viggiani then defiantly released the 11 files he already had in his possession to the members of the press. This was probably the most significant event of its kind on the fascinating topic of UFO’s this year.
