The release of an authorized top secret document by the National Security Agency (NSA) NASA journal vol XIV no 1 which reveals the decoding of extra terrestrial messages received from outer space.
The report, though released in 2004, where kept quiet and remained within the knowledge of a very limited circle. The messages were received by Sputnik satellite, but apparently nobody had the knowledge to decode them.
Dr Campaign presented a series of 29 messages, bizarrely in a series of radio messages from outer space in ”Extra terrestrial intelligence. He was considered the most professionally competent and knowledgeable person to decode this message, but exactly what qualifies him is something known by highly placed inner circle experts.It is all contained in NSA technical journal , Vol XI No 2, pp 101 ff. EXISTENCE
The existence of the unclassified document from the NSA , which supposedly proves the existence of extra terrestrial beings was scarcely known at the time. But some skepticism has been poured on the authenticity of the claim, mainly because the documents have now been taking off NSA’s website. Others claim there might have been a political or sensitive reason for them to be taken down, and that this should not undermine it’s authenticity.
SUPPRESS
A source close to an insider at NSA, told the eye of media.com ”they may have been taken down to suppress the information or wait for the right time to release them. Or it may be that someone high up feels it needs to be double checked before releasing to the public.If there indeed any truth in the report, it will have a huge impact on our history, and change the course of science and our future.
DISCLOSURE
Although originally cleared for disclosure in 2004, the document was only made available in April 2011. The Considered by Ufologists as one of the best pieces of evidence that suggest the incontrovertible evidence of alien existence, only official confirmation can usher in this new era of knowledge and universal awareness of life outside planet earth.
STRANGE
The messages, strangely said to have been heard coming from outer space in a none continuous form, split by paused into pieces which can be taken as units, is one of the strangest and mind blowing thing ever claimed by a government official body. Our source said ” They were repeated again and again. Combinations and permutations were represent by letters of the alphabet for clarity and record making. Serial numbers were also assigned to various reference

“The dangers of excessive concealment of facts, far outweigh the dangers that are cited to justify them. There is very grave danger, that an announced need for increased security, will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning, to the very limits of official censorship and concealment – JFK”.
STUDY
Even if this information is accurate , and was concealed by the government, it may simply have been because they wanted ample time to study and closely examine the claims,and investigate if it literally means what it appears to be. Skepticism about the complete accuracy of the claim may remain, until an official announcement.
