An American citizen, whistleblower and victim has fled the US to Europe, after unveiling a labyrinth of corruption linked to a cab business worth millions of dollars.
Ahmed Mohammed reports threats and even alleged attempts on his life as he persuaded justice against powerful lawyers, their law firms, a judge, and high-level officials of the City of Seattle.

He has resisted all attempts to have him photographed for this article, insisting that he is in hiding.
The saga reportedly began innocuously enough—with a seemingly straightforward legal battle.
Mr. Mohamed, resolute in his belief in consumer protection laws, lodged a suit against defendant Puget Sound Dispatch Company, for Consumer Protection, and defendant, Kaur Gurbinderjit for breach of contract.

The move to litigate for his right would propel him into a web of intrigue and danger.
Examination of his contract with the defendant reveals a glaring breach of contract. Washington laws regarding consumer protection entitled him to damages, a matter he recognized to be his due right.
Mohamed’s explosive allegations, made in writing to the Eye of Media, will send shockwaves through legal circles in America, and ignite concerns over the integrity of the U.S. justice system, as his harrowing tale raises profound questions about accountability, transparency, and the length to which powerful individuals will go, in order to protect their own interests.
Assertively pointing fingers at top officers, including lawyers and the police in two cities—Seattle and Minneapolis—the victim has sent this publication a comprehensive dossier of legal documents which run into hundreds of pages.
They chronicle incredible events that point to a mesh of corruption by professionals, apparent sabotage of a case which by all objective assessment, Mohamed should have won his case on the strength of the law governing consumer protection in the U.S.
This publication has evaluated the documents in stages over the past five months.
The legal documents corroborate his story of having been illegally overcharged for fees. He should not have had to make payments to the defendants, according to the consumer protection law.
Aggrieved, Mr. Mohamed hired a prominent lawyer, who signed a legal letter seeking damages on his behalf, only for the allure of millions of dollars to allegedly lead to his own legal representative colluding with the defendants and their lawyers.
After his attorney, Ronald J. Meltzer, initiated a legal suit demanding over $17,000 for the violation, an initial arbitration ruling, presided over by Janet A. Irons, awarded Mohamed $64.544.77 damages. This appeared to swing the matter, in Mohamed’s favor and so, instilled a sense of triumph in his pursuit of justice

However, a sinister twist lay ahead. The case was moved to a court in a different city, where Mohamed claims his lawyer colluded with the lawyers for the defendants and the presiding judge, Patrick Oishi to destroy the case.
Mr Oishi has not responded to questions over the case from this publication, neither has Janet Irons.
The collusion was allegedly done by allowing new evidence and new witnesses in favour of the defendants, throwing out Mr. Mohammed’s own evidence from the exhibit list and selling out some of his own evidence to his opponents.
One of Mohamed’s most disturbing claims is that a crucial piece of his evidence—a forged contract with a notarized affidavit bearing his initials and signature and the initials and signature of the defendant—was thrown out from the court and the exhibit list, during the trial.
No plausible explanation has been given as to why a case he had won was eventually thrown out of court.
The fact that the business he was suing is worth $100m adds suspicion to the integrity of the legal process that transpired, in a narrative that then takes a dark turn, after the case was moved to another city, following an arbitration ruling, purporting to be in his favour.
In a shocking revelation, Mohamed asserts that his own attorney, Ronald J. Meltzer, to whom he entrusted his case and fight on his side, colluded with the defendants and their lawyers. They produced false witnesses and false evidence, to destroy the case.
The ulterior motive, Mohamed claims, was to take over the cab business and its lucrative contract estimated at $100 million.
Barred
Unknown to Mr Mohamed at the time, his attorney was barred from practicing law in New York State, where he had operated for over 30 years.
More shocking is the fact that when this publication contacted Mr. Meltzer by phone, about the allegations, he completely denied ever knowing Mr. Mohamed, whereas, the dispute documents in our possession with his name, law firm and signature, testify differently.
Mr. Meltzer has again been contacted, but by mail, in relation to the allegations, but has so far, not responded.
The extent of the alleged betrayal is staggering. It sheds light on the possible perils of navigating the justice system anywhere in the world, when corruption is lurking within its ranks.
Mohamed told this publication about the arbitration : “The arbitration hearing and the trial were a show for me. All the others involved knew, except me, that the case was going to be destroyed in court. And this is exactly what happened.
The court and all the lawyers colluded to defraud the case, because of the millions involved.”
Janet Iron has not responded to requests for comments over the matter.
While a judgement of over $20,000 was eventually made against Mohamed and awarded to defendant Kaur Gurbinderjit, as attorney’s fees and costs, he has surprisingly never been pursued to pay, as conventionally expected, when damages are issued against a litigant.
Mohamed was the victim of consumer protection violations, according to Washington laws.
He states that when he reported the alleged crimes to the Seattle Police, his police reports were forged and his complaints not investigated. Also, he alleges that the Seattle Police conspired to murder him.
While streaks of paranoia might be perceived to start setting in, the massive emotional challenges compounded by the compelling need to keep the combat going were capable of traumatizing anyone.
But Mr Mohammed is adamant that agents of law officials made attempts on his life.
Mr. Mohamed added: “On June 8, 2016, at about 3:50pm, I was inside of the Starbucks on 4147 University Way Avenue Seattle, WA, having coffee and snacks.
Kevin, an employee of the Starbucks, called the Seattle police on a certain guy present, because he was not paying anything and was just sitting inside of the Starbucks.
Two Seattle police officers showed up and ordered the guy to leave the Starbucks. He did so and left.”
“After a few minutes, the same guy came back and attacked me by throwing a huge rock at the glass.
”He threw the rock at exactly where I was sitting, inside of the Starbucks, but luckily, he missed me. I was a regular customer, and I usually sit where I was sitting the day of the attack. This attack was premeditated, sophisticated attempt on my life.”
“The Starbucks employee, Kevin, the two Seattle Police who showed up, and the guy that attacked me were one team. This team plotted to murder me, and they made it look like an accident.
”This happened to me because I am a victim, a witness and I have an overwhelming, irrefutable evidence of serious crimes and corruption committed by powerful people.”
Mr. Mohamed claims another attempt on his life by Seattle police officers, which occurred at his building in Seattle, WA. Also, Mr. Mohamed claims two police officers whose identity and badge numbers he has given us, falsified the police report he filed, stating he can prove this.
”All police stations in America have recordings, “ he pointed out, “ so, all the evidence is there. It just needs to be investigated and the truth will come out.
Also, he claims a plot, was ordered by the people who committed the serious crimes and corruption, that occurred inside of Starbucks.
This Starbucks is four blocks away on the same street (University Way Avenue) from the Starbucks he claims made an attempt on his life. “An employee of Starbucks, Ruth, attempted to claim that I assaulted and raped her.
‘When, in fact, she came in the restroom I was in and offered me to have sex with her. I refused and left the restroom. This occurred right before the closing time of the Starbucks.
It is unclear how Ruth relates to the legal and police network, except to suggest she was used as a bait for trouble.
With unraveling emotions and his life allegedly threatened, Mr. Mohamed’s desperate cry for justice took a terrifying turn.
He said he reported the serious crimes to the state governors, attorney generals, mayors, police chiefs, sheriff chief, prosecutors of the places the crimes occurred, and the U.S. Senators of both states, but he met with walls of silence and no one took any action.

Flee From Seattle
Mohamed eventually fled Seattle for Minneapolis, where he claims to have been subjected to more horrifying attempts on his life by cops there, in what he insists was a co-ordinated operation to kill him over a disputed law suit involving a cab business worth £100 run by Puget Sound Dispach.
Detailing an incident involving Minneapolis police officers, Mohamed claims that after approaching the police station to report the serious crimes and corruption he had uncovered, he was met with hostility, intimidation, and outright refusal to entertain his claims.
The alleged erasure of his 911 call and subsequent mistreatment only fueled his belief in a widespread conspiracy to silence him.

In September 2017, Ahmed Mohamed’s life took another horrifying turn. In an attempt to bring his claims of corruption and serious crimes to light, Mr. Mohamed dialed 911 from the Public Safety Desk at the Minneapolis Community and Technical College.
With the Public Safety Desk supervisor Mark DeRee and officer Nimley S. Tabue bearing witness, and Mr. Mohamed’s voice pierced the airwaves, seeking the protection and justice that should accompany such a call.

What unfolded next would be a nightmarish descent into a world of cover-ups and threats.
When Mr. Mohamed ventured to the police precinct at 19 N 4th Street, his hopes of finding safety was met with an astonishingly, chilling response.
Two officers reportedly disregarded his claims, casting doubt on his credibility. As if ripped from a suspense thriller, he claims officer Appledorn questioned Mr. Mohamed’s sanity, and he claims telling him, “You’re a deeply sick person. Are you endangering yourself?”
Mohamed claims the chilling encounter escalated, as the officers allegedly ordered him to leave the premises immediately, implying physical removal, if he resisted.
Before he could process the gravity of the situation, two police officers reportedly charging at him, left him with no choice, but to flee, clutching his evidence and his shattered sense of safety.
Just two days later, on October 2, 2017, Mohamed’s attempts to seek justice once again led him to call 911 from the very same telephone
.Responding, one police officer, Bishop, arrived on the scene promptly. Mohamed presented his signed and dated statement, bracing himself for the relief he had hoped would follow.
What happened next defies belief and ventures into the realm of conspiracy and alleged attempted murder.

Mohamed asserts that he was subjected to sinister intentions, with the medical staff and the Minneapolis police allegedly plotting to seriously harm him and possibly murder him within the hospital’s walls.
. He asserts that his attempts to bring this evidence to light was met with a resounding silence from key law enforcement officials and politicians, pushing him to the brink of desperation.
Allegations of bribery, collusion, and attempted murder swirl in Mohamed’s account, painting portrait of a man fighting for survival and truth against overwhelming odds.
Flees To Europe
As the web of danger appeared to tighten around him, Mr. Mohamed made a life-altering decision- to flee to Europe in search of refuge. Armed with what he claims is irrefutable evidence of criminal wrongdoing, he is determined to find safety and expose what he believes to be one of the most significant corruption cases in the U.S. justice system.
