The accuser of Prince Andrew is planning to call Meghan Markle to give evidence in Prince Andrew’s sex trial, the accuser’s lawyer has said.
Virginia Roberts Giuffre who has started a civil action against the Queen’s son, claiming she was forced to have sex with him three times in 2001 when she was just 17, is planning to exploit the feud between the Sussexes and the royal family by calling her to make a written deposition in relation to the case.
She says Prince Andrew was one of those brought in by paedophile Epstein to sleep with her , and claims to have had sex with the Prince multiple times.
Its a dangerous approach by the lebal team of the U.S accuser , who are banking on the expressed ill feelings expressed by the Duchess Of Sussex against the royal family during her televised interview with Oprah Winfrey in March, with Prince Harry by her side.
Prince Andrew strongly denies all the allegations against him and his legal representatives are caling for the suit to be dismissed.
Ms Giuffre lawyer David Boies is ambitious in his hope that Meghan Markle will be willing to give damning evidence against the Queen”s son.
Mr Boies said: “One; she is in the US so we have jurisdiction over her.
“Two; she is somebody who obviously, at least for a period of time, was a close associate of Prince Andrew and hence is in a position to perhaps have seen what he did, and perhaps if not to have seen what he did to have heard people talk about it.

“Because of her past association with him, she may very well have important knowledge, and will certainly have some knowledge.
“Three; she is somebody who we can count on to tell the truth. She checks all three boxes.”
The idea of involving Meghan Markle in a case as serious and sensitive as the allegations against Prince Andrew, is ridiculous, and amounts to Ms Guiffre’s lawyer attempting to worsen relations between the Sussexes and the royal family,.
Prince Harry is expected to oppose the idea , having had bis own tough internal issues with his family, without taking tge fall out with his family to a whole different level.
Inssiders say the case is immensely stressed the Prince, who stays up late into the night to engage his lawyers in California. They say he is “totally consumed” with the legal battle .

Last August, Virginia Roberts, sued the Queen’s son for unspecified damages which could run into millions of pounds if she is successful.
Prince Andrew had denied ever meeting his accuser until a photograph of them together emerged after her allegation was made.
He made the serious error of agreeing to conduct an interview with the BBCs Emma Ellis in an attempt to clear his name, but somewhat shot himself on the foot when he admitted continuing to befriend Epstein after being aware of the serious allegations against the kate American billionaire.
An acquittal or a dismissal of the case is necessary to take the prince away from this nightmare which would have very grim and lasting consequences on his name and the royal family in the absence of a favourable outcome.
