Officers were called to a stabbing at bar fibre in call lane where youngsters had been partying into the early hours of Sunday morning. The area is a gun for students who flock there for most weekends , but are joined by other revelers from Leeds and other parts of the country.
Clubs and bars in many parts of Northern England open until 3 am, but bar fibre and many of the bars on call lane are as entertaining and satisfying as any club can be, according to many accounts we have had. A strong and weak point of these extended dances is the availability of alcohol.
Vibrant music with dancing mixed with so much alcohol, the potential for conflicts are never too far away. However, a regular party goer in Leeds who alerted the eye of media.com to the news of the stabbing said the atmosphere in call lane bars as “friendly “.
He told the eye of media.com ” the one downside with these clubs us that they don’t conduct searches. That will have to change now, as the eye of media.com will be approaching management about this. West Yorkshire police told the eye of media.com that a 28 year old and a 36 year old are in custody about the assault, and that a 27 and 26 year old are in hospital with none life threating injuries.
