Twitter users faced a black out today, just 24 hours after WhatsApp was down for several hours.
The black out sent shock waves among tweeter users in the world who noticed the outage.
Twitter is used by billions of people globally , but the brief spell of the outage meant a lot more tweeter users would not have been consciously affected by it.
Twitter has not officially explained the outage , which was quickly restored. Users from Spain, Portugal , and other countries expressed disappointment in their respective languages, as soon as tweeter was restored.
