A 17-year-old boy has been hospitalized after becoming the latest victim of a stabbing outside the bustling Westfield Stratford shopping centre.

Police received reports of a group of individuals engaged in a violent confrontation near the entrance of Westfield Stratford, closely situated to the station. This altercation quickly escalated, leading to the 17-year-old boy suffering stab wounds.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police Service told The Eye Of Media.Com: “Police were called at 21:01hrs on Tuesday, 12 September to reports of a group of people fighting outside Westfield Stratford, near to the entrance of Stratford Railway Station.

“Officers attended along with colleagues from the British Transport Police and paramedics from the London Ambulance Service. A teenager, believed to be aged 17, was taken to hospital with stab wounds.

“His condition is being assessed. Two males were arrested in connection with the incident and have been taken into custody.

“An investigation is under way and enquiries are ongoing. Any witnesses are asked to call 101 quoting CAD”
