SUSPICIOUS DEVICE FOUND ON AIR FRANCE WAS TERRORIST TESTER

BY BEN KERRIGAN

The suspicious device found on Air France plane en route to Mauritis which was forced to make an emergency landing , was designed to run a security test on the French government. The device found in the toilet said to be harmless and not capable of creating am explosion or damaging a plane, was a tester even if it was a hoax.

How disgraceful it is that even if fake, an object resembling a bomb could successfully make it into the toilet of a French airline. It is very plausible to conclude that terrorists were sampling the security of the country, and Paris failed. Terrorists would know that even if they got caught with a fake bomb , no court will be able to prove the required level of ‘intent’, for murder, if the bomb was not real.

France definitely needs to escalate their level of security, and prove not to be a soft touch for terrorist groups. Since the mockery of the Prophet Mohammed by a French newspaper, and the subsequent killing of their news editor, Paris has been the target of terrorist attacks. The banning of the Hijab in Paris has also been cited by some as one of the factors tat has inflamed the tension. The political position of Paris relating to the banning was to be able to positively identify every man and woman at all times in order to efficiently tackle terrorism.

However, the cultural conflict between Islamic tradition and French law seems to have blown the conflict hot, and exploited seriously by terrorists who are feasting on the lax security of Paris. These terrorist wanted to see how easy it would be to take a bomb into a French airline without risking getting done for the attempted murder, if they were caught. Such is the level of sophistication of the terrorist plot, and the French authorities were found wanting. Ofcourse, there is no official evidence as of yet that it was indeed a tester, but it does not take much genius to determine that it was.

We an automatically assume that the terrorist network are sufficiently knowledgeable about the law on murder because many of them are twisted graduates , knowledgeable enough to weigh up the pros and cons of their warped agenda, whilst equally prepared to die for the course provided they successfully achieve their aim without being caught before they execute their suicide mission. So they now know they have a way of defeating the security system of Air France, and this is alarming. They are basically saying they are smarter and more vicious than the French authorities.

The fact that a number of attempts to launch terrorists attacks in Britain has been foiled by our intelligence system suggests that the French are not alone in being targets, but rather that there is perhaps a more concerted effort to penetrate the more fragile French security system. More questions will be asked in relation to this in the coming days and weeks.
