Stormy Daniels is taking the world for a ride by pursuing a legal case to dissolve the hush money agreement she made with Trump’s former lawyer, Michael Cohen, to shut her mouth about her kiss and tell story.
Cohen already pleaded guilty on August 21 st to campaign finance violations, saying Trump told him before the election to arrange hush money payments to Daniels and former Playboy model Karen McDougal, to stop them leaking their affair about the U.S president. In hindsight, Daniels should not have received a penny of money as hush money, because Cohen should have known not to trust a porn actress with explosive gossip in one hand, and hundreds of thousands of dollars, in the other hand.
President Trump’s lawyer asked a federal judge on Monday to dismiss the dodgy hush money law suit of adult film actress against the validity of a $130,000 payment agreement paid to her by Trump’s lawyer, Michael Cohen. Trump has always attracted controversy right from the candidacy for the presidency to his inauguration, up until the present day. A wide section of Americans like him, and a big section object strongly to his policies and manner.
Approvals or rejections have no place in a court of law, where facts and legal principles are most important. In that respect, asking a court to release one from an agreement after releasing themselves before hand is both corrupt and ridiculous. Corrupt because Daniels is seeking permission by the courts to release her from a contract about which she has already released herself and tell a story she has already told several times in the press, and also released a book about it. A legal suit seeking an authorization she has already assumed is a bad joke that is not funny , but also corrupt.
Stormy Daniels looks the typical gold digger who has made a fortune from her story about Trump, but wants to keep making more and more. Her appearance on the political and media scene has been discussed by The Eye Of Media.Com’s Think Tank team on 3 separate occasions now, with the goal of properly analyzing her every word and action, in order to contribute to placing her story and our evaluation of her in the history books of tomorrow.
MOOT
In a fling with the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, Trump’s lawyer dismissed the lawsuit by Daniels, as moot on the grounds that Trump never signed the agreement and has said he will not try to enforce it.
“There is no actual controversy between plaintiff and Mr. Trump,” the president’s lawyer Charles Harder wrote. Daniel’s law suit supposedly aimed at invalidating the £130,000 hush money not to speak about an alleged affair with the president is pathetic and disingenuous , considering Daniels already has a book out on the precise issue about which she seeks a court judgment.
The porn star is taking the world for a ride if she already has a book out detailing intimate details about her alleged affair with Trump before a court case which is meant to determine whether the hush money agreement is valid.
Michael Avenatti, who represents Daniels, says keeping the case alive serves the public interest, and wants Trump to give sworn testimony. There can be no legitimate public interest in a case to decide whether a hush money agreement should be made invalid when Stormy has already gone public with her story. Stormy and her lawyer should already know that the hush money contract was without any legal legs given its involvement with the elections, the whole case has all the signs of efforts to keep up the publicity stunts.
Cohen pleaded guilty on August 21 st to campaign finance violations, saying Trump told him before the election to arrange hush money payments to Daniels and former Playboy model Karen McDougal, who claimed she had an affair with him.
