It is no secret that the airspace over and near Area 51, the top secret US Air Force Facility in a remote area within Nevada, is closely monitored and restricted. It is known to accommodate strange alien beings, or so the propaganda goes.
Yet the fact an unidentified flying object (UFO) was spotted there around the 16th November 2017 within this space is still perplexing many professional experts. Why are they perplexed if this area is only acting in a way that is consistent with its true nature? Area 51 has always been the mysterious hide out of grotesque looking creatures , so alien that we may pass out at the sight of them.
However, the possibility that Area 51 serves to mask something even more frightening there, or even somewhere else, is one not may have imagined.
US Military Officials were left clueless after investigating the object, because it was unclear where the object had come from or, indeed, its intended destination. According to local U.S news reports, F-15C fighters were sent from Portland to attempt to trace the craft, a task which came to no avail. Making matters even more bizarre, the object was seen for a short period of time in the Oregon area near the base, before vanishing into thin air.

It is also unclear whether or not the object was in the air for the sole purpose of travel, or whether it had some other purpose. suggests that it
There had been no formal submission of any sort indicating any reason to expect an object to be flying within the airspace, a flight plan or be transmitting collision avoidance signals. The question is asked as to what kind of aircraft this could be and who exactly could have sent it.
SPECULATION
Speculation spurred on Reddit, and with Area 51 being a hotbed for alien conspiracy, it is no surprise that implications of the object being an alien UFO quickly dominated the debate. The Eye of Media questions whether or not this is the strange extra-terrestrial phenomenon it is geared up to be. It is a well known fact that Area 51 is speculated by extra-terrestrial conspiracy enthusiasts to have carried UFO debris and alien body remains. Examples include the 1941 Roswell Incident, where a mysterious object apparently crashed into a ranch in Roswell, New Mexico, which was then rumored to be taken and investigated by Area 51 officials.

Indeed, the closest surrounding areas of the base accessible to the public attracts hopeful UFO sight-seekers, with thousands flocking to the Nevada desert each year. With this in mind, could it be that this latest incident was actually an intentional cover up from military officials? Any unusual occurrence located near the base is sure to attract some sort of rumour coinciding with aliens and UFOs – military officials know this. Perhaps this was all a cleverly constructed scheme to put Area 51 in the spotlight once more as a base housing the logically unfamiliar. After all, it is odd that there is no obvious news source detailing the exact time and date of the sighting.

Some observers believe Area 51 may be a clever ploy to conceal even more important secret bases. The 2012 documentary series America’s Book of Secrets suggests in the episode ‘Area 51’ (Series 1, Episode 4) that Area 51 could actually be a ploy in order to deflect media and public interest away from other secret bases housing classified information. In other words, Area 51 may not be as top secret as we have been led to believe. It is human nature to want what we can’t have. If a child wants a toy and are told they can’t have it, they will become irate and concerned as to why they cannot have it. The same applies here. If land and airspace is shut off from the public, it is inevitable that we are going to wonder what lurks inside as we become concerned as to what exactly is being kept secret. With all this attention on what we are told we are not allowed to know, surely then, other more important secret bases are then allowed to thrive as the scapegoat of Area 51 serves as a cover up.
Perhaps this latest story involving Area 51 is trying to distract us from something happening in a base elsewhere – the real “Area 51”. Or perhaps this was a piece of news that was planned decades ago in the carefully constructed plan of Area 51’s
existence and purpose.
