Russell Brand exposed himself to a woman while she was working at the BBC over a decade ago.
The revelation adds to the growing complaints of sexual assault against the comedian whose world is crumbling before him following the headline grabbing news of his alleged sexual misconduct over the years.

Brand,(pictured) who has admitted a past lifestyle of promiscuity denies all the allegations of sexual misconduct against him, but has not denied this allegation despite it being presented to him.
The woman named Olivia, alleges that in 2008, while she was working in the same building as the BBC in Los Angeles.
Adding further distress, minutes later, Brand made light of the situation during his BBC radio show.

Olivia’s unsettling encounter with Russell Brand occurred on June 16, 2008.
On that day, Brand and his team were present to pre-record an episode of “The Russell Brand Show” for Radio 2.
Olivia answered the door to Brand and his crew when they arrived at the BBC’s Los Angeles office.
Later, as she went to the bathroom to retrieve sinus medication, she found herself in a distressing situation.
While searching through the medicine cabinet, she claims to have sensed someone behind her, only to turn around and find herself face-to-face with Brand, who allegedly exposed himself to her.
In addition to this shocking misconduct, Olivia recalls Brand making inappropriate remarks, expressing unwelcome advances, and subjecting her to vulgar language.
Overwhelmed by the encounter, Olivia returned to her desk in disbelief. In an attempt to share her ordeal with someone, she texted a BBC employee in the office about the incident.
Shockingly, the colleague informed her that Brand had been discussing the incident on air, seemingly making light of the distressing encounter.
Olivia’s account of the incident has come to light following an investigation by The Times and Channel 4 into Russell Brand’s alleged behavior.
As part of her quest for justice, she managed to track down a recording of the radio show in question, which aired on June 21, 2008.
The recording features a troubling exchange between Russell Brand and his co-presenter, Matt Morgan. During this conversation, Brand reportedly made light of the encounter with Olivia, confirming the alleged misconduct.
She said when she reported the incidence to the BBC, staff laughed about it, and shamefully, nobody from management approached her about the complaint.
The account shows the how much rich and influential people in the media industry can be allowed to escape sexually inappropriate conduct.
Interestingly, the BBC itself revealed the story today, an expression of some level of transparency.
The BBC’s Response
The BBC has expressed regret at the allegations, and yesterday promised to investigate them as part of a review into Russell Brand’s time at the network.
This incident raises questions about the BBC’s oversight and the challenges of addressing such accusations in a high-profile context.
More worrying is how many other instances of sexual misconduct occurs within its walls that never gets out.
The nature and scope of the investigation promised by BBC Director, Tony Davies will be worth observing.
Olivia’s experience stresses the call for accountability, change, and a commitment to ensuring that victims of distressing encounters have are given voice.
