By James Simons-

One of the  property’s of Essex Rogue Landlord, Robert Crow, is on the market for £115,ooo.  The notorious landlord who has been bashed by the courts for breaches to an HMO, eventually had  one of his properties taken from him in the summer due to several arrears that made his lenders loose faith in him. Hopson property services has it on the market, and are seeking a buyer for it quickly.

Warnings have been issued to mr. Crow with respect to other properties, but helpless mr. Crow who has no income coming in after Southend Council froze all his benefits, is in limbo.

Mr. Crow paid £90,000 for the flat in 2003, when his pockets were still doing very well. Sixteen years later, he finds himself potentially on the verge of being homeless if the rest of his flats are all repossessed the same way this one was. At the moment, he uses his £500 monthly pension to try to keep the rest of his properties afloat , but is very close to loosing another two of them.

Southend Borough Council stopped paying housing benefits to individuals residing at the landlord’s property after a court ordered a criminal behavioural order prohibiting anybody apart from family members or his partner from attending the property.

Frantic neighbours complained bitterly to the council about anti social behaviour coming from his residence which was frequented by police . Drug busts and violent stabbings have taken place at his property, but an angry  mr.Crow  said : ”why should I suffer from other people’s bad behaviour? That’s not fair, they should be punished for their actions, not me”.

Crow who currently lives in utter darkness after energy supplier evo seized his electric metre due to a £2000 debt, has an appeal pending against  a conviction. He is reeling from the loss of his property and threats of more property seizures.   The 70 year old who has spent the best part of the past four years in legal battles with Southend Borough Council told The Eye Of Media.Com:

”Sometimes I think I just need to leave this country. I feel like I am being weighed down  and ganged up against. I am a fighter but there is only so much I can take. They have taken one of my flats, and are trying to take others. There is no justice in this country”.

Mr. Crow previously accommodated the homeless in the posh conservatory part of Southend On Sea, but gradually lost his tenants when the council seized payments for his property. Mr. Crow insists he is the victim of a ruthless campaign to stop him accommodating the homeless.

A neighbour said: ” mr. Crow is deluded. He is the problem, not anybody else. Only desperate people will live in his property.
