Queen’s Guard Officers Should Be Drug Tested

By James Simons-

Queen guard officers should be drug tested,  after one of them was filmed snorting a line of.powder like substance from a sword

Coldstream guard,  Major James Coleby, was filmed sniffing the substance at a boozy session in the officers mess, The Sun Newspaper reports.

The 39 second mobile phone.clip depicts Captain Alex Richie hunched.over the sword, as he uses a card to shop up a line of the substance.

Richie then asks Coleby, “how.much he wants, two inches?   You want two inches.of that? If.you.can get rid.of to inches, I will be impressed. “

A smug Coleby then leans over with one hand on his nose, and snorts the substance, in a manner precisely resembling cocaine snorting.

This revelation is embarrassing for the Royals, whose protection should be uppermost in the minds of their well paid guards.

Coleby is responsible for the leadership of a 15man team trained for special reaction to any security breach at St. James Palace

It calls for the need of drug testing among the Royals since the job concerns the security of the Royals.

The film is said to have been accidentally sent by a Lieutenant  Charles McLean to a messaging service for personnel.

He  attempted to instruct the removal of any trace of the video, without  any of the contents leaking into the public domain. But his efforts failed woefully.

The Sun Newspaper, known for its success in revealing hot news, have once again done well in exposing this security breach.

Now that the leak has been e posed,  It is now time to establish a system of drug testing for staff who work in any professional capacity to the Royals. Their posts are highly sensitive, how they could feel so free whilst on duty is shocking.

Major Coleby  and Captain Richie apparently had another 13 hours of their shift to go. Another question is whether they are doing tooany hours, something their employers may want to look at closely.  However, none of this excuses their misconduct which has now become public news.

All three individuals will face a ministry of defence investigation after this shameful revelation. It will be an.uphill struggle for them from henceforth.
