A psychologist was ordered to undergo “civility and respect” training after unprofessionally speaking recklessly about former Uk Health Secretary, Sajid Javid(pictured) in front of a patient, it has been revealed.
North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT) upheld a complaint by patient Colin Aylward after forensic psychologist Mark Boden carelessly made comments about Sajid Javid MP.

The discriminatory comments were recorded by Mr. Aylard, revealing full evidence of the discriminatory offence and revealed to The Eye Of Media.Com by a friend of Mr Ayland who is dating a member of this publication.
Dr. Doben expressed the rude comments to the trust to a staff member after the former Secretary visited the trust . He referred to the minister as “Sajid Patel”, a demeaning reference to him being Asian given that Patel is a common Asian name.
When asked by Mr Aylward whether the man they spotted out of a window was the then Health Secretary, was Mr Javid, Dr Boden replied that it was, before adding: “You can tell by the stupid way he waves his hands”.

The psychologist then explicitly stated that Mr Javid looked “whiter in person”-a further indication of his discriminatory comments.
The patient eventually filed a complaint with the trust, which provides mental health services across Havering, Redbridge, Waltham Forest and Barking and Dagenham.
The incident was reported to the trust’s head of equality, diversity and inclusion, and was agreed that the comment would be considered unprofessional in nature and not within keeping of the NELFT values.
NFLT was contacted for comment, and said it would respond in full on Monday.
