Porn actress, Stormy Daniels has hired a new attorney , after her professional relationship with Michael Avenatti broke down. Avennetti claims to have made the decision to drop his client , a statement that has neither been denied or confirmed by the porn actress. Daniels says she cannot disclose the reason for their separation, but has now hired a new attorney by the name of Clark Brewster. Brewster is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The pair’s split comes after a judge last week to throw out Daniels’ hush money lawsuit against Trump- the second failure of her suit against president Trump. Daniels previously lost a defamation suit against president Trump, and was ordered to pay the president $300k in damages. There has yet been no word as to whether that payment has been made.
Her former attorney, Avenatti was last month forced to give up financial control of his law firm after he was accused of hiding millions of dollars to spend on himself. The 47-year-old lawyer reportedly opened six bank accounts to hide legal fees from a bankruptcy court. He allegedly spent the large sums of money on extravagances such as $3,640 on a Ferrari payment, $150,000 for his troubled coffee company and $53,600 for his ex-wife

U.S. District Court Judge S. James Otero last week branded Daniel’s claim irrelevant after Trump and his former personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, agreed not to penalise Daniels for violating a nondisclosure agreement she signed in exchange for a $130,000 payment. The failure is an embarrassment to Daniels, who has shamefully been celebrated by many sections of the press.
Daniels revelation of a $130k hush money payment led to the downfall of the former attorney of U.S president, Donald Trump, who was jailed for a myriad of offences including lying under oath.Avenatti said in a statement that his firm notified Daniels last month that they were terminating “our legal representation” of her for “various reasons that we cannot disclose publicly due to the attorney-client privilege.” He continued, saying this was not “a decision we made lightly” and added that “we wish Stormy all the best.” Avenetti told U.S.A today
Shamed U.S Attorney: Michael Avenetti
“I have more business right now than I have in any time in my life, by a factor of 10,” “I get 100 inquiries from prospective new clients a day.” Well known American paper, U.S.A today stated that both Avenetti and Daniels-real name Stephanie Clifford- ”achieved celebrity status” in a typically failure lay respectable standards of how responsible people should define celebrity. It is a common mistake many individuals and members of the press have made ever since Daniels came to public attention.
The oxford union were slammed last year for inviting Stormy Daniels to their debating society to give a talk about porn, exposing a lack of high moral standards by doing so.
The Eye Of Media.Com has today written to the paper to urge them to refrain from describing individuals with no respectable qualities as celebrities, and will include them in a list of media outlets to receive a comprehensive measure of qualities that define celebrity status. How celebrity status should be defined in its full and factual sense has been the subject of internal discussion by members of this publication on and off in the past month or so, with several tests applied.
It is a widely misunderstood phenomenon, which has sparked a great deal of enlightenment to many of those who have behind the scenes been involved in the broad analysis of the word.Avenatti’s status itself has been heavily compromised following an arrest on suspicion of domestic violence after a fight with his girlfriend in California, despite official charges being eventually dropped
