Plumstead police must stop wasting public resources on a criminal who assaulted his landlady by punching her eye. Criminal Nwala was convicted by Woolwich Crown Court of grievous bodily harm against his landlord.
Shameless Nwala, 48, had appealed an earlier verdict against him at Bexleyheah Court in which he was fined £1000 and given a 26 months suspended sentence. He continues to reside at the three bedroom property in Plumstead even though he has not paid a single penny for over a year. The convicted criminal has been fighting his landlady’s attempts to evict him from her home, and succeeded in staying at the property for longer after denying receiving a section 2 notice sent to him by post.
The compulsive liar admitted receiving the notice in the original criminal hearing for which he was convicted for assaulting the woman, who has pleaded for anonymity. However, in the civil case to evict him, he denied receiving the notice, and the judge believed him. The landlady’s lawyers carelessly failed to highlight the contradiction in both opposing claims, and he bought more time at the property.
Since then, he has had a number of clashes with the landlady at the property. Confrontations have taken place on occasions when she has brought workers there to work. Christian Nwala has called the police over six times since the case, and police have returned each time without any action taken on anyone. An efficient police force would be expected by now to realize the calls are hoaxes given the criminal conviction of Nwala, and the live civil case to evict him from the £400,000 property.
The Eye Of Media.Com has contacted Plumstead Police to refrain from responding to frivolous calls and get a grip on what is going on. Officers are expected to effectively assess a case and take account of the background to the situation. Christian Nwala does not even pay his electric bills, living free like a baby, with his wife and two other baby children of his. He has turned down requests from The Eye Of Media.Com to explain himself, because quite frankly, he has no explanation. Plumstead police must be responsible and stop wasting tax payer’s money on a man who is lucky not to be in prison.
