Racist London Bridge Terrorist Hero Quietly Convicted In Review Case

By Chris Williamson-

Racist london bridge hero, Roy Larner was quietly convicted at Camberwell Green Magistrates Court of religious aggravated harassment, alarm or distress. Larner was originally convicted of ranting at a Labour MP’s office.

Roy Larner, 48, became a hero in the UK after confronting terrorists and being stabbed repeatedly by the Islamic terrorists during the London Bridge and Borough Market terror attack on June 3rd.

He was rightly hailed on the national press as a hero as the news of brave intervention spread across news outlets. However, as he recovered from his injuries, a video emerged of him spitting at a black photographer and shouting abuse in Elephant and Castle last February. It emerged that just over a month after his heroics during the London Bridge attack, the hard core Millwall fan launched into a racist outburst at his local MP’s office in Brixton.

In July 2017, Larner had entered the office of his Labour MP, Neil Coyle. He then spoke with a member of staff at the front door and said, “Sadiq Khan shouldn’t even be in the country,” and called him “a pile of sh-t”. When the staff member said, “I’m a Muslim”, the defendant responded saying, “All Muslims are the same – scum,” . The highly prejudiced scum bag then referred to Muslims as being “pig eating c**ts”. ‘He proceeded to make a shotgun shooting gesture with a rolled up newspaper towards the ground.’

At the Royal Court of London in London, he was spared jail when a judge gave him a suspended sentence of 26 weeks. The Eye Of Media.Com contacted the Ministry of Justice to request a review of the sentence which we thought was too weak for the offence. Three members of the team had discussed the case closely and considered the offence and the broad sentencing guidelines for his offence.

The police officer in charge, Samuel Mccafferty, also put in a request for the sentencing to be reviewed after a candid discussion with The Eye Of Media.Com. A review was eventually granted, but quietly conducted.

However, The Eye Of Media.Com heard that the trial took place on 17th May, 2018 at Camberwell Green Magistrates Court, where the punishment against him was not improved. The Eye Of Media.Com was not updated about the decision to review the case Our source anonymously told The Eye Of Media.Com: ” I heard a whisper from one person that the timing would be awful with the Royal wedding just round the corner.

I mean Britain has its first mixed race heritage, and the last thing the authorities would want going public is that the courts are treating racism lightly with kid gloves. When you think about it,it is also a puzzle because if he was giving a more serious sentence, his awful racist offence would have been highlighted so close to the Royal wedding. It was kept quiet”.

A statement from Cambewell Green Court read:

The case is now concluded. It is possible for Roy Larner to appeal against the conviction and sentence. If that happens, it will be dealt with at the Crown Court. There are however few appeals and an offender has to let the court and the prosecution know within 21 days if they are going to appeal”.

The Eye Of Media.Com does not believe that highlighting this story in any form undermines the Uk’s celebration of today’s Royal wedding, and the positive expression of diversity it represents. Racism and prejudice exists in some form in every country, but Britain is still one of the most diverse and culturally rich countries in the world. We should celebrate our common strengths more than our differences. However, this must not stop us from condemning racial discrimination whenever observed, or criticizing weak action against it. It is yet to be seen how The Eye Of Media.Com will respond to the recent news that no significant changes were made to racist Larner’s sentence.
