Obama can block Trump’s presidency if he is convinced Russia interfered with U.S elections and tampered with computer machines, the eye of media.com has heard.
>A few anonymous political sources have indicated that President -elect Trump might not even make it to the White House, scheduled for next month.
Obama has asked for a CIA report demonstrating as much evidence as possible in relation to the allegations of Russian interference. Apart from this, politicians and commentators in many quarters have expressed concern about Trump’s ceaseless tweets and some of the views he expresses that are unfitting of a president.
The eye of media.com has heard that there is a desperate cry among some political circles in Washington for Trump to be prevented from getting into office. If the Obama administration concludes Trump would pose a threat to national security due to certain things he says or does, there are laws and case laws that would enable Obama to block Trump’s presidency from coming into reality.
President-elect Trump is due to be inaugurated on January 20, but a month is a long time in politics. If President-elect Trump tweets 3 times every day between now and then, it will total 90 tweets with varying potential consequences. A body of political heavyweights are attentive to every tweet sent by the President-elect , which is closely analysed and examined.
Various laws and case laws over have extended presidential power, especially in times of security crises.
The National Security Presidential Directive 51, established by the Bush administration, outlines a “comprehensive national policy on the continuity of federal government structures and operations.” The directive determined that the federal government may extend its power in extreme cases of national emergency.
Obama Could Impose Martial Law
Obama could block Trump’s presidency and potentially implement martial law- when the government uses the military to enforce control- to keep Trump out of office and invariably extend Barck Obama’s office.
Shortly after Trump’s electoral victory, Obama said his priority was to ensure a smooth transition for Trump to get into the White House, but the eye of media.com have heard that Trump’s presidency may still be blocked for a host of reasons.
Hillary Clinton technically won the popular vote by more than 600,000 votes, making it not improbable for Obama to use the “will of the people” to step in with an executive order and erect an impenetrable barrier between President-elect Trump and the White House.
Obama already has some beef with Trump who once openly questioned whether Obama was truly born in America. He is quietly disappointed at President-elect Trump’s victory , especially following all the support he gave Hillary Clinton.
Approximately 4 million signatures have already been gathered in an online petition on Change.org, asking electors to switch their votes to Clinton. The allegation by the CIA that Russia interfered with the elections needs to be proven and shown to be a fact, more especially in light of the dodgy news from dodgy websites about fake anti-Russian news as well as fake Russian propagandist news that circulated during the elections.
Facts are always important, but the eye of media.com have heard that President-elect Trump may have just as much a hard time getting into office, as he may do staying in office once he gets there.
The eye of media.com has heard that many politicians are scared that President-elect Trump will not be able to competently lead the country and will get the country in trouble. Trump has been selecting his team ever since his victory, filling up his cabinet with wealthy billionaires and former army generals.
President-elect Trump has also hired some bright lawyers and put respectable people who were staunch critics of his during his campaign, in key positions. It might be a smart move to have his staunchest critics close by and control their mouth, or it might back-fire on Trump once he is inaugurated as president.
