“This sort of behaviour is unacceptable and we are working hard to understand the circumstances of what happened,” said Police Constable Dave Jennings of Nottinghamshire Police. “The victim was simply enjoying a night out and this is not how anyone should expect their evening to end. We have now released an image of a man we would like to speak to. We believe he may have important information which could help our inquiries.”

Anyone who recognizes the man or has any other information is urged to contact Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident 339 of April 6, 2024. Alternatively, information can be provided anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
