A U.S man has won $1m on the lottery twice in 4 years , after playing the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$4,000,000 Payout” game.
Stephen Toto chose the cash option and received a one-time payment of $650,000 before taxes, as he celebrated his first win in 2017.
On June 21, 2021, Toto’s luck repeated itself when he won the $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “The Fastest Road to $1 Million” instant ticket game. His story has been slashed all over news sites in Massusuchetts, raising the hopes of so many others who don’t stand a chance in practice, but do in theory.

The truly remarkable thing about these lottery winners is that the three wins came within the space of a month. Their winning streak began on 12 March 2014 when they won $1 million in the Powerball drawing.

In the UK, lottery operators Camelot revealed that 20 lottery ticket-holders have become millionaires in Friday’s EuroMillions draw, operator Camelot has said.
The players each won £1 million in the UK Millionaire Maker draw.
