A landlady is applying for a restraining order against her broke tenant after she suffered brain trauma, broken eye and nose I was off work for two months attending various hospitals to date.
The woman, whose identity is being kept anonymous was assaulted by the 6ft brute who was given a six months suspended sentence by Bexleyheath Magistrates Court in February. The landlady who suffered physical and emotional trauma also pursued civil proceedings to evict the violent thug who hasn’t paid a single rent for a year, but was told by a judge that her failure to have her name and address visible and accessible to her tenant, in addition to ensuring he received the eviction letter meant she had to give him more time at the property.
I fear for my life because I was foolish enough to allow a man who had no money live in my property without a deposit, and now he is subjecting me to ongoing threatening behavior.
47-year-old Christian Nwala punched the woman in her eye in 2017, causing her lacerations and a swollen eye that hospitalized her at the time. Nwala had no previous convictions, and so escaped lightly with the suspended sentence. Now, she claims Nwala constitutes a nuisance every time she sends her workmen to the property to work. The woman has been undertaking renovations at the £300,000 property I Plumstead, South London, and has been subjected to continuous challenges and obstruction by the man.
”Everytime my workmen go to the property, he confronts them and complaints. He is also very rude and confrontational to me despite the fact he hasn’t paid a single penny for a year. I want to pursue a restraining order against him. I am not happy with the length of time it took my case to come before the courts. The incident occurred in June but wasn’t heard until January. I think the final verdict was unfair, I am seeking an appeal”.
”I instructed Alan Warman, my hardy man to go on the morning of Sunday 4th February They locked the middle door to the posh door and refused him entrance. We had no option but to call the Police Ref number CAD3141/4/2018. Anti social behavior. He has no manners, self-respect or respect for others. Regardless that the Judge warned him to behave. They still locked the door and refused us entry.
Christian Nwala and his household caused a considerable financial burden on me and my lenders, a tremendous drain of my resources”.
”He is a danger to the locality, my neighbors reported on numerous occasions that they saw him wandering around.
The landlady says her previous tenants who were Romanians, fled the property because of his violent outbursts.
”The Romanians tenant ran for their lives because of Christian Nwala and Nnedima. I have recorded videos of when they assaulted a 22years old newly mother Raluca. Ovidio warned the wife not to be home alone whilst he was at work due to fear. Subsequent, they moved. I have not been able to rent upstairs for fear of what next.
They refused to pay rent, council tax, and water. They gave Thames Water fake name Sharon Fowler. They brag about their evil acts and show no remorse or conscience that the house is a mortgage meaning that I am paying whilst they enjoy living free”.
Nwala still lives at the property on the ground floor with his wife and children. The landlady wants a restraining order preventing Nwala from confronting her or her workmen. When The Eye Of Media.Com confronted Christian Nwala at the property, he declined to talk to us.
