Jameela Jamil Recklessly Stokes Flames Over Meghan Documentary

By Lucy Caulkett-

British-born actress Jameel Jamil stoked the flames of the documentary of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, by accusing the British press of attacking Meghan because she was black and that Prince Harry married a black woman.

She went further by also insinuating that Meghan being a woman was part of the reason she was being victimised by the British press. The British public have been split over Meghan Markle ever since she joined the royal family. Some have taken closely to her and see her as a victim of unfair prejudice, whilst others believe she has been the cause of the criticisms against her.

Speaking to Daily MailOnline tv, Jamil put the media criticism against Meghan Markle down to being both black and being a woman. In a tweeter message she said the British press should just admit they hate her because she is black. Then she went on to attack Meghan’s critics who have attacked for speaking out in the documentary whilst she was out in South Africa. That attack according to Jamil, was because she is a woman.

‘People push back against women and try to make them afraid of speaking out, because they are afraid of our power,’ Jamil said. Jamil told DailyMailTV ‘anyone who piled’ on to Markle, 38, during her pregnancy was a ‘coward and a d**k’

‘They have seen with MeToo and Times Up how quickly, when we mobilise and when we join forces, how quickly we can make change.

‘I think the press in England is terrified and that’s why they’re trying to silence her, but she stands against bullies. And standing up to bullies is really the only way you can put them in their place.

‘Anyone who piles on to that woman, especially when she was pregnant, which is what we really saw, that was when it really started; which is a really dangerous time for someone to be that stressed.

‘I’m mean that is the ultimate sign of a coward and a d**k.’

‘I like to tell people to stop interrupting me,’ she said.’It is something I feel passionate about and I even do it on camera sometimes.

‘But I do it in big board room meetings with lots of men who are older than me, and I like asking, especially my male colleagues, how much they earn so I can be aware of transparency and parity. And I take every no as a challenge.

‘So every time I am told I cannot do something I rally harder, every time I am told no I become more disobedient, I really enjoy rebelling.

‘I wish I would have done it sooner. I think I would have not been mentally ill in my life, had I not been so repressed forever.’She added: ‘I wish I got here sooner but I am here now.’In August, Jamil launched an impassioned rant in defense of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex

Television presenter, Piers Morgan wasted no time in attacking her back. Morgan accused Jamil of being a racist herself , referring to her as a pathetic virtue-signalling twerp.

EXPECTED

Jamil’s defence of Meghan Markle is expected after the Dutchess Of Sussex who was among the 15 women Meghan selected to be on the British Vogue cover in August. She has grown friendly with Ms Markle and is reciprocating the good opportunities she has been afforded by her.

REAL DEAL

‘She is the real deal. She really knows what she is talking about. She has been a gender equality activist since she was about eight.

‘She knows everything about all the women on those pages. She called each of us and gave us a detailed account about how long she has been investing in our work, and so she is not just a prop for the Royal Family

The star, who also hosts The TV series The Misery Index, was she was honored for work on gender equality at the 2nd Annual Girl Up Girl Hero Awards at the Beverly Wilshire.
