Healthy Eaters look and think better, without a doubt.
This is an experiment that has been conducted by respectable scientists, one u gave tried myself.
People who cut their intake of white bread and white rice for instance , notice amazing changes in their looks and thought process.
Try giving up chips , burgers and all fried food in addition, in a healthy swap for vegetables, salad and fruits and suddenly a different you emerges.
Exercise is a good supplement to healthy eating, although one without the other is much better than neither of the two.
An unfortunate misconception persists among many that provided one exercises, they burn off any rubbish they eat.
That view is nonsensical, and despite stated by some in the fitness industry, it is false.
It must be said that not every personal trainer is well grounded in their overall knowledge .
Exercise helps burn out alot of unwanted fat in our system, but not all. Bad eating negates alot of good exercise, but exercise after bad eating lowers the damage of bad eating to some extent.
I saw a long time friend of mine over the weekend who had lost five and a half stonnes in just over six months. I was shocked at how good she looked.
DIFFERENT
Hardly recognisable, she suddenly looked like an entirely different human being in different clothes , smooth skin, nice smell, I just have her a bug hug.
When I asked if she had a personal trainer, she said no, that she had been sent my articles on his site by a mutual friend of ours and stuck to it religiously.
She cut out all starchy foods, all white rice and white bread, all fried food, and even sugary cereals. She went the whole way like a disciplined apprentice, started jogging three times weekly straight after arriving home from work.
AMAZING
The mind is amazing, and despite my disappointment in her refusing to give me a before and after picture for this article, I was so proud of her.
DIFFICULT
She told me it was difficult at first but she was determined to persevere, listening to good uplifting music every time she had to consciously avoid everything she was once comfortable with.
FOCUS
Discipline and focus is vital for any type of meaningful success. Healthy eating makes all the difference, an experiment for even just a week or two should reveal obvious changes.
Lots of ambitions are never fulfilled because of lack of focus and discipline, but once diligence is applied to any well-structured plan, good outcomes always happen in he end
