A family christmas snap of Gogglebox stars Dave and Shirley Griffiths is doing the rounds on social media, as the couple give the public a sneak into their private family life during the festive period.
The couple, from Caerphilly, Wales, have been enjoying their festive break with loved ones after filming for the Channel 4 series came to an end earlier this month.
Fans were given the chance to see the husband and wife’s other family members, including their children.
Dave, 65, and Shirl, 66, smiled alongside their grown-up children, Simon and Gemma, as well as Gemma’s husband Alex and their grandson Elliot.
“Merry Christmas to one and all, from the griffiths family love dave and shirley xxx,” the couple shared alongside the snap to their thousands of followers.
Dave, Shirley and their family were quickly flooded with Christmas wishes for their fans.

The couple are among stars of the television hit show who grace our television screens with joy and laughter every week, but have endured a difficult year after regulars of the show died this year.
Several Gogglebox stars whose loved ones recently died have quit the Channel 4 show.
Three regulars on the reality series died this year. Pete McGarry died aged 71 in June after a short illness. Andrew Michael died aged 61 in August after also being unwell, and Mary Cook died last month aged 92. Her cause of death has not been disclosed.
Garry’s wife Linda announced this year that she will not be returning to the show, nor will Michael’s wife or children, or Cook’s best friend Marina Wingrove.
Gogglebox has been a hit series in the UK since it began in 2013, and is now on its 18th season. The show which is aired on Itv at 9pm on Fridays features a number of families and groups of friends from different places around the UK who react to television programmes from their own homes. The stars on the show have become celebrities in their own right over the years, with 2021 being one of the most interesting and saddest of them all given the untimely deaths among them.
However, the surviving participants on the show were intent on ending the year with lots of fun and laughter.
Jenny Newby and Lee Riley also left fans in hysterics, keeping instagram followers buzzing when they posted their own festive spirit photos and video
The popular pair have established themselves as fan favourites on the show following their debut in 2014, but have spent the holiday season apart after Lee flew to Cyprus to be with his long-term partner, Steven Mail.
But he was given a surprise message from Jenny, who opted to contact him while playing a game of Speak Out with family members at her home in Yorkshire.
