Gay Bar Fibre In Leeds Must Tighten Up Security

By Gavin Mackintosh-

Bar fibre in Leeds must tighten up security after two people were stabbed in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The gay bar located at the bottom of Leeds City center is normally a friendly place with an ambient atmosphere predominantly attended by gay and lesbian party goers. Straight people attend the beautifully decorated bar with an ambient atmosphere.

Yet, one reality the management of this bar need to wake up to is that dispute can quickly get out of hands in an environment where  sexual advances  and jealousy can simultaneously occur. Gay men and lesbian women often are very free in the expression of their sexual interests towards each other.

This  sometimes sparkies jealousy in  rival livers who may feel cheated on, or whose prior interest or  sexual engagement might suddenly be superseded by a new entrant in the scene. The precise cause of Sunday’s stabbing has not been revealed. Police usually say nothing where the prospect of a court case us high, or where inquiries are still ongoing.

Management have been tight lipped so far. A representative of the bar told the eye of media.com ” “i’m not going to say anything, you can talk to the police about it, hey are dealing with it”. All we wanted was a vague idea of what caused the stabbing, not details, but the management of the club will say nothing.

They confirmed that the club only conducts random searching for weapons, leaving some unchecked for weapons. The eye of media.com has suggested that
Everyone is searched from now.
