Former Love Island winner, Kem Cetinay, has opened a new shisha lounge in Harold Wood. Kem, now residing in Brentwood, originally began Array Essex last year, but Kem and business partner Nadir Gul have expanded the venue to create an interesting lounge, which opens on Thursday, February 3.
Cetinay, who officially opened the restaurant in August 2021, is taking the business another level with the shisha lounge. He received 5,000 bookings within five hours of opening for the restaurant last year.
Kem, who won the reality TV show in 2017, is looking to steal the show in the Romford and Harold Wood area, and is already a known star in Brentwood which he has made his home.
The mixture of cuisines include pasta, fresh fish, burgers and more. Kem’s plans for the restaurant were temporarily aborted following the lockdown in March 2020, but the ambitious entrepreneur has recruited professional staff from Mayfair to build his exclusive brand.
The lounge promises to exhibit a series of live acts and delicious treats from skilled chefs and mixologists. Describing a “jungle paradise” which will offer the “perfect place to cool off and forget about the world outside”, Ken told the Eye Of Media.Com: ‘This has been a long awaited aspect of our vision, and many people are looking forward to experiencing the quality we intend to bring the table.
” we experienced teething problems during the lockdown when we were starting the restaurant, but everything is now fitting into place.
”It’s going to be very different from the restaurant in the sense of being walk-ins only. No bookings, no rushing people to finish, rather creating more of an atmosphere for relaxation.
”It’s going to be something amazing . It will be have the best quality premium Shisha, a menu of halal bites, and outstandingly refreshing cocktails and mocktails. That’s without even talking about the live performances from DJs and musicians”.

This publication has heard that an array of brilliant and entertaining bands, dj’s, artists, and entertainers, will make the venue a place to remember. Arrangements are already in place, with many more expected to be scheduled as the months go by.
The restaurant and shisha bar is the only one of its kind in the areand is expected to attract a lot of customers in a socially thriving environment.
Guests that have frequented the restaurant includes former Love Island contestants Amber Gill, Georgia Steel, Paige Turley, Finley Tapp and Chris Hughes. The classiest people in Romford and Brentwood are poised to flock to the venue, increasing its appeal, as the business grows.
