Essex Police are on the C2c rail track after someone appears to have jumped on the train obstructing the journey of all on board.
About four officers were seen by passengers walking on both sides of the train, one walking behind the others with a bag in his hands.

The incident occurred around 7.50 pm, but passengers remained stuck on the train over I hr 45 minutes later. The driver of the train is said to be in shock.
. As authorities responded to the incident, the train service had to be temporarily halted, causing delays and cancellations across the entire line. Passengers were left stranded at stations, unable to reach their destinations. The disruption also had a ripple effect, affecting connecting services and causing inconvenience for travellers relying on the C2C line for their daily commute.
A notice on the C2c website suggests passengers on the train could be stuck there until 10pm.
