The death of a doctor after his Oxford-AstraZeneca Covid-19 jab occurred due to “unintended complications of the vaccine”, an inquest has ruled.
Stephen Wright, (pictured left)an NHS psychologist in south-east London, died 10 days after his first dose in January 2021, senior coroner Andrew Harris found, after suffering a blood clot to the brain after receiving the vaccine.
His wife Charlotte who has been trying to get the misleading wording of ”natural causes” on her husband’s death certificate changed, is pursuing legal action against the pharmaceutical company. A number of other victims are pursuing similar law suits.
The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) has recommended that “adults aged 18- 39 years with no underlying health conditions are offered an alternative to the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine, if available, and if it does not cause delays in having the vaccine”.
Data from MRHA admits a higher than normal -incidence of a rare type of clot in younger adult age groups with the risk placed at one in 100,000 for people in their 40s, rising to one in 60,000 for people in their 30s.
There has only been 1,300 reports of vaccine deaths out of 50 million dozes of the AZ vaccine to the regulator of suspected deaths after taking the jab.
The inquest, first reported y the BBC which took place at London Inner South Coroner’s Court has again put the spotlight on the potential risks that accompany vaccinations, though the gains of offering protection is said to far outweigh the risks of sustaining harm.
Charlotte Wright was on maternity leave when her husband died and received £120,000 from the government’s Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme (VDPS) in August. It takes about six months to process a complaint. It generally takes about six
