Court Hears Ex Rated Texts Messages By Fired Tennessee Cop In Sex Scandal Case

By Aaron Miller-

The X-rated text messages sent by the now-fired chief of the Tennessee Police Department have been revealed in court as part of the sex scandal case involve a female cop who slept with her colleagues.

Former La Vergne Police Chief Burrel ‘Chip’ Davis(pictured) was fired follwing evidence that he encouraged another officer to share explicit pictures of married officer Maegan Hall, 26, who admitted to having sexual encounters with six other colleagues.

He was allegedly sent ‘pornographic images’ by Sgt. Henry ‘Ty’ McGowan to his burner phone that he named ‘Ole Boy’. Court documents also reveal the now shamed police chief pestered one of his sergeants to send him a video of the 26-year-old rookie officer masturbating.

The probe led to the firing of five officers, including Hall, Powell, McGowan, Patrol Officer Juan Lugo Perez and Detective Seneca Shields. Additionally, three other officers were suspended, K-9 officer Larry Holladay, Patrol Officer Patrick Magliocco and Patrol Officer Gavin Schoeberl.

The messages were sent on a prepaid cell Davis referred to as Ole Boy but were cited this week in a lawsuit filed by Hall, who claims to have been groomed and abused by randy superiors.

Hall has since filed a lawsuit against the City of La Vergne, McGowan and Davis claiming she was sexually “groomed” for the trysts.

Former Police Chief Burrel “Chip” Davis was  also fired from the force last month after an investigation found he “was aware of the sexual misconduct within his department and never reported or disciplined any of the officers involved,” according to a press release from the City of La Vergne that was provided to Fox News Digital in February.

Court records allege that on Oct. 25 of last year, Davis and then-Sgt. Ty McGowan shared an explicit photo of Hall and joked about her and her affair with another cop on the force, Lewis Powell, the New York Post reported.

Records of the text messages between Davis and McGowan show that the chief joked about a picture of Hall, which shows her engaging in sexual activity with another sergeant, Lewis Powell, with whom she was having an affair .

McGowan sent the former chief a photo of a ‘Black male foot inside Officer Hall’s mouth,’ saying that the foot in the picture belonged to Powell.
In a text message exchange on October 25, court records reveal Davis asked: “Who dat?”, to which McGowan replied: “Hall… Lewis.”

The chief then sent: “He on it again,” and McGowan responded: “He swears he ain’t.”

Davis wrote: “She nor her husband took that picture.”

“She has a tight little a** tho,” McGowan sent back, to which Davis replied: “Yep.”

The chief and McGowan then chatted about Hall’s affair during another text message exchange on October 28.

“Hall…. Lewis,” McGowan replied, explaining that Lewis took the photo.

“He on it again,” the chief asked.

“He swears he ain’t,” McGowan responded.

“She nor her husband took that picture,” Davis said.

“She has a tight little a– tho,” McGowan said.

“Yep,” said Davis.

“I saved her for the last time,” the former chief wrote. “I wish I could tell her who she f**king cant do s**t for her.”

“I wish I could too,” McGowan replied. “Then we both could play.”

“Can’t f**k Lewis tho cause the pics are [flame emoji]” Davis replied.

“Where Ms. Hall sought role models at her new job, she instead found predators,” the lawsuit states. “In place of offering professional development, her supervisors and the chief of police groomed her for sexual exploitation.”

“They colluded in using their authority to systematically disarm her resistance and entrap her in degrading and abusive sexual relationships, even sharing tips on the best ways to manipulate and exploit her,” the suit added.

Hall broke her silence this month and spoke for the first time to the media, arguing that she was offered no protection from higher-ups at the department and was pressured into the trysts.

“I know what most people are saying. ‘You could have said no.’ I get it,” Hall told WTVF in an exclusive interview. “But my response to them is that I did say no, and he wouldn’t take no for an answer. Eventually, I gave in from the pressure.

The suit argues: “As demonstrated in his October 28, 2022, text exchange, Chief Davis became frustrated by his comparative failure to groom Ms. Hall for sexual exploitation.

“Chief Davis repeatedly attempted to seclude Ms. Hall so that he could use the authority of his high office – or as he described it, ‘normal pimp s**t,’ to induce Ms. Hall to gratify his own sexual desires.”

Davis and Powell were fired over the scandal. Police officer Juan Lugo-Perez and detective Seneca Shields were also let go. Three other officers; Patrick Magliocco, Larry Holladay and Gavin Schoeberl, were suspended.

Last month, Hall sued the department, claiming she was ‘sexually groomed’.

“My supervisors worked together to take advantage of my vulnerabilities and my mental health,” Hall told WTVF in her first interview since the scandal broke.

“And they used it for their gain and sexual favour.”
