Convicted drug dealer, Marcus Brown has made another application for parole, after being turned down once under suspicious circumstances.
Mr Brown of Guyirn, was the mastermind be hind plans by a gang to smuggle £1m of class A cl A drugs into Britain via drops from light aircraft. was jailed for 6 and a half years, and released on parole.

He was described by police as having access to multi kilo wholesale amounts of drugs, and was “cash rich and actively engaged in the expansion of his criminality”.
Cops said he was jailed for 16 years in 2009, and released on parole after serving half of his sentence . Police said he travelled widely throughout Europe, the Caribbean and China in pursuit of his drug trafficking activities.
He was released after serving half of his sentence in 2017, but arrested again and charged for conspiracy to supply class A drugs, after the father of his grandchild was caught with a large amount of cocaine in a vehicle registered in his company, and charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs.

No drugs was found on Mr. Brown on that occasion, but the fact the former partner of his daughter was insured to drive the vehicle which contained a large quantity of cocaine made him very suspicious to the authourities.
Although subsequently bailed by police, and on the streets for over a year after that incidence, he was recalled to prison the same month he sent Greater Manchester Police for a pre-action protocol letter to sue for a series of allegations that include fraud and lying to set up his son, Aaron Brown, who is also in prison for assault, and allegedly threatening to kill the mother of his daughter, and posing a danger to her then boyfriend, Michael Wood and his parents.
The recall came after he complained to the Ombudsman for probation Services and they opened up an investigation.
The recall had all the hall marks of corruption, after this publication discovered that his Mr Wood appeared to have a family member on the probation team that authorised his recall by the name of Paul Wood, and a sister working with the Greater Manchester Police.
An initial probe by this publication concluded a corrupt cover up by the probation services to obstruct his legal suit, in relation to which the Parole Board has either been inadvertently complicit or inept.
The Parole Board told The Eye Of Media.Com that the delay in considering their case was on the side of Mr.Brown’s legal team who are still preparing their legal presentation to request another Parole hearing after the board dismissed a summer application without adequate and unbiased examination of all the facts.
Mr Brown is due in court in November for the conspiracy to supply drugs charge.
The family, who are historical law breakers barring the eldest daughter Tiffany have been subjected to severe punishment by the system, and have continuously alleged corruption against they same system they violated over the years.
They were forced to move property last year because they were relying on his income.
The professionalism and independence of the London Parole Board continues to be under scrutiny after gaps were found in its released report explaining why it rejected an appeal for Parole by a former drug dealer of Class A drugs.
The Parole Board told this publication that they plan to release him at the end of his sentence in December 2024, unless found suitable for return to the society.
