Tens of thousands are fleeing their homes in wealthy parts of southern California following a series of a evil wildfires causing chaos in the city..
Celebrities including the likes of Paris Hilton, Chelsea Handler and Chrissy Teigen have evacuated their multi million-dollar luxurious homes in search of safety. Several buildings have already been consumed by the fires which have destroyed everything in its path. Californian residents taking flight have been calling their friends and neighbors in an attempt to come to terms with what might as well be the end of the world for them. The statistics of those who will lose their homes as well as very expensive belongings is expected to be high, but hopes remain that the situation will die off in due course.
Hilton wrote on Twitter: “This wildfire in LA is terrifying! My house is now being evacuated to get all of my pets out of there safely.
“Thank you to all the firefighters who are risking their lives to save ours. You are true heroes!”
Singer Lana Del Rey tweeted that “ash is falling on my car”, while comedian Handler wrote: “It’s like Donald Trump is setting the world on fire. Literally and figuratively. Stay safe everyone. Dark times.”
Over 1,000 firefighters have attempted to Quel the fires igniting across the region.
The flames are sweeping down the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains.

The strong winds have obstructed travel, with several planes and helicopters diverted because of it.
