However, some researches have claimed that psychedelic drugs could be used to treat a whole range of conditions. They claim to have visualized how LSD alters the way the brain works, and argue that Lsd’s can actually have revolutionary  medical benefits in treating anxiety, depression, and even addiction.

Several studies conducted in the 50s and 60s into the effects of psychedelics in the US and western Europe have been insightful for scientists.
