Prime minister, Boris Johnson promised to review the lockdown he imposed on March 23 in 3 weeks time, but with deaths of Covid-19 victims at its highest on Wednesday, there is no chance of a relaxing of the rules happening anytime soon .Speculation  in some quarters that Uk schools will  reopen after the Easter holidays have also been rejected.

The Prime Minister is said to be in a stable condition and breathing without the use of a ventilator and is “sitting up in bed” – but he could be out of action for as long as a month as he recovers from needing treatment in intensive care.

Cobra meetings comprise of the Prime Minister and a committee made up of his top advisors from across various departments of the government and only happen to tackle and respond to national emergencies. They’re often called to make fast and effective decisions on an unexpected event.
