In relation to Donald Trump, Buzz Feed quoted him saying :“I am increasingly admiring of Donald Trump”. “I have become more and more convinced that there is method in his madness.” ”Imagine Trump doing Brexit.” “He’d go in bloody hard… There’d be all sorts of breakdowns, all sorts of chaos. Everyone would think he’d gone mad. But actually you might get somewhere. It’s a very, very good thought”. His comments will anger Trump’s many critics, but will be to the delight of the U.S president once he becomes aware of those comments. President Trump is known for his impulsive comments on twitter and sometimes rash judgement in acting. The American recently established an American Embassy in Israel amid the longstanding tension between Israel and Palestine. That decision caused uproar among Palestinians and led to criticism, though his actions were pleasing to Evangelicals and many of the Christian world who support Israel in the decade running feud between Israel and Palestine.

Boris Johnson has long been been the contending voice of power and influence in the Conservative party, but is also known for many gaffe’s in the past, many of them troubling. Boris Johnson is very vocal with strong convictions about the path Brexit should take. The real question rests on how credible his own ideas are. They are highly theoretical and idealist, but could also hold the keys to the true direction Brexit talks should take if his ideas pass the viability test. Johnson told his 20 or so guests that he won’t compromise on the final terms of Britain’s future economic relationship but warned that Brexiteers were at risk of getting a deal far worse than they’d hoped for.
Johnson said the government is so terrified of short-term economic disruption that it’s at risk of throwing away the opportunities presented by Brexit. Boris Johnson was suggesting the government was short sighted in its approach of Brexit, he believes Britain should severe as much ties as possible from the EU and be optimistic of the wider benefits. Other Mps and prime minister Theresa May are not as optimistic as Johnson, and may well see him as complicating matters already bad.
Johnson referred to disruption at the borders as “pure millennium bug stuff” and said it is “beyond belief” that the Northern Ireland border has become an obstacle in the negotiations. Buzz Feed reported that Johnson was the keynote speaker at Conservative Way Forward’s summer reception at the Institute of Directors on Wednesday night. At the event, Johnson responded to questions from a group of activists, mainly about pressing issues about the UK government. In relation to Russia, Boris Johnson said Russia had diminished in importance.
“[Vladimir] Putin feels a deep sense of shame that he’s leader of a country that has been so greatly reduced in its global importance,” Johnson said.“When I was a kid, Russia really mattered. It’s now got an economy about the size of Australia. Yeah, they’ve got a lot of nuclear weapons, but its real importance in the world is greatly [diminished]. He referred to Putin’s as arevanchist. He wants to cause trouble. He wants to upset people like us.”The rest of the world has to be “very firm” in response, Johnson said. Boris Johnson also gave a glimpse into Theresa May’s plans also said Theresa May would put forward a new plan at the G7 in Canada to deal with the Kremlin’s aggression.
