Apple have announced a partnership with German software maker SAP on Thursday,  to transform its gadgets into a business platform for more applications.

The move is designed to push its iphones and ipads more into the business economic arena. Apple’s smart phone market has expanded of late, providing useful competition for Microsoft, and in the process boosting the quality of technology world wide.

The partnership with the German software will bolster previous mergers with both IBM and Cisco Systems, also designed to enhance the company’s corporate technological endeavors. With raised awareness, more businessmen will utilize the app, with the demand for it expected to rise as time goes on.
With the  extra applications on board, apple is projected to make up for falling revenues in the sale of ipads, despite growing demand for its products worldwide.  The recent extension will be market in several countries, as their business acumen for growth and development continually rises with the times.

Last week, apple reported a decline in the sales of iphones, and have stated that the new partnerships for their technology is an attempt to “take it to the next level” by making the iPhone and iPad more useful tools for workers than they had been up to now.

The latest move entails the  creation of a software development kit, or SDK to make it easier for developers using SAP’s Hana database and other technology to write applications for the iPhone and iPad. Both apple and the German software maker, jointly plan launch training for the new software. Business men and even academic lecturers and students are expected to benefit tremendously from the new partnership.

The new tools would make it easier for workers who operate remotely, such as field technicians and salespeople, to access their corporate data and applications, said Bill McDermott, SAP chief executive.
Mr Cook predicted that developments like the SAP partnership would bring the simplicity of mobile apps to the business world. “If you look at enterprise apps today, they are the furthest things from ease of use that exist,” he said.
