America Will have Free Trade Priority Deal With Britain

By Eric King

Donald Trump’s commerce secretary, Wilbur Ross has announced that a free trade deal between America and Britain will be one of his top priorities, The Telegraph reports.

The billionaire who is in charge of trade in Mr Trump’s administration, is determined to lower barriers between the U.S and The U.K
The business tycoon has several business relationships and social links to Britain due to  several decades as an investor in the U.K, and is said to be keen on emboldening the “special relationship”.
The news is confirmation of what was already known that the special relationship between the U.S and the U.K is longstanding and destined to continue through different administrations over the years. There had been concerns expressed in some quarters that a strained relationship between Theresa May and President -elect Trump was in the works over critical comments she made before his election.
However, this was never going to be a real problem between Theresa May and President-elect Trump because the historical relationship is far bigger than any trivial issues. The fact the news comes during Frage’s third visit is significant in the sense of showing that the relationship the UKIP leader has struck with Trump has no negative effect on the relationship Theresa May will naturally be expected to have with President-elect Trump as far as political working relationships are concerned.
Much has been amde by some sections of the media in relation to Nigel Farage’s close connection to President-elect Trump, but all it has been was nothing more than interesting gossip.
The eye of media.com contacted Farage’s team early this week with respect to role and aspirations Farage has with the President-elect.
